I think they are still doing a kind of covid/order counter thing. We were standing in line outside before we could come in and order before we sat down. I think it would be a more fun hangout to sit at the bar and have drinks and tacos. But it was not a long wait. We were just passing through for lunch and both of us locked in on the green chili cheeseburger. We decided to split it with some tots. It was delicious. Based on the burger, I'm assuming everything else is equally delicious. I wouldn't mind stopping back in for the full experience if we are back in the the area.
Food was ok, service wasn’t great at all. Very expensive for what you get. Would not recommend the totchos. Would visit again but with proper expectations.
We had a delicious lunch at this Southwestern eatery in East Nashville. The desert pastel cafe with cheeky humor delivered on great food and staff! Fresh tortillas, Hatch Green Chile on the cheeseburger, Mexican Mocha... the list goes on. Loved it!
Very nice place to go for bar food......The food was so amazing and so was the employees.....Im a Cleveland Ohio girl....I can not wait to come back for my burger and tots.I still can't believe how good the food was....Animal friendly as well
Great food!! Loved the brisket taco and Totchos!! But the burger was incredible! Every bite bursting with amazing flavors!
Sketchy…get receipt!. I did a Togo order on the phone came to $39. Picked up and the guy that took my payment on the card reader said to just let him do it cause it acts up. Well he added hisself a $7 tip! Lol he was turned around when I asked fir the receipt since he likely didn’t expect that. Got to my car and seen he basically stole from my card. Went in they refunded me but here’s the thing. When u take my card and turn it from my view offering to help me cause your machine acts up so I can’t see u add money for my take out that’s stealing. I usually do tip for take out but he did the transaction hisself and decided without my knowledge to take it. The food… was ok. $8 for queso and it’s not that much in the container seems a bit overpriced. The Crunchwrap was good. Even if it was excellent food I wouldn’t come back after that. Oh well.
I know Nashville has an incredible range of excellent burger places but today really was what I believe to be the best Smashburger I’ve had. Redheaded Stranger does a green chili cheeseburger with loaded tater tot‘s that is so awesome, my opinion it’s the best burger in Nashville They say their specialty is tacos and burritos but the Burger to me really is deserving of a lot of attention. Perfect in so many ways and the combination of flavors really is a unique burger experience. Delicous, hearty, wow! The first picture is the double with “loaded“ tater tots the second photo is the single patty with simple tater tots no topping.
Wow, if I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! The food was DELICIOUS. I wanted to keep eating even after I was full. The staff is super nice. We got a 2,3,5,7, a crunchwrap and a latte for dessert. The tortillas are made fresh in-house. This is my new favorite spot, we will definitely stop to eat here every time we visit!!!!
Absolutely great tacos. My buddy walked out swearing that the green pepper burger was the best burger he's ever eaten. Staff is super friendly, and I had a pretty awesome latte. Overall superb experience.
I don't get it. Barbacoa taco - flavorless. Pulled pork taco was smokey and tender. Frito pie, a lot of Fritos... saving grace was adding a side of chili to fix the pie right. Nothing was piping hot, just warm. Place is busy. Order took a while to come out.. Parking is a hassle.
