There’s a billion places in Nashville and the surrounding area that clam they have the best “Nashville Hot Chicken”. Y’all… Red’s 615 Kitchen is absolutely the real deal. I had the Crunchwrap (pictured) that was jam packed with Nashville hot chicken, pimento Mac and cheese, and pickles. I don’t think I’ve had a better Chicken Sandwhich in my entire life!!! Absolutely a must go place!!I HIGHLY recommend going in early or ordering pick-up (at 11am on a Saturday, I had to wait about 20 minutes for my food) . You can either eat there (not too Many seats to be honest), taking to it to go, or walking about ~5 minutes to the Pantheon and eating there.You absolutely can’t go wrong with anything there!! 100% I’ll go back and make it my go-to hot chicken restaurant!
Absolutely love this restaurant. Originally discovered them years ago when they were a food truck. I've had everything off the menu at least once. But usually my go to is the crunchwrap or the chicken sandwich. My personal opinion is they have the best mac-n-cheese of any restaurant around, I always order it. Also the fries are very well seasoned and extra delicious.
skip the tourist traps and hit the shack! Reds 615 brings it. We ordered the hot chicken and waffle platter, served with fries and we ordered an additional side of the Mac and cheese. folks I am not normally a pimento heese lover but that Mac was spicy creamy and down right delicious. you choose your level of heat for the humongous juicy chicken tenders. I tried the nashville fire. (Warning!) it is not for the faint of heart. it has a slow building fire that will light you up. if you think anything from a commercial chain restaurant is spicy go for Mild because you will suffer lol. I can take the heat and they were fabulous. bottled drinks are available, about 12 places to sit on side of restaurant, but across the street from a beautiful park. Must try
I recently had a large hot chicken craving and was also wanting to try a new spot that I had heard wonderful things about, and Red's 615 lived up to the hype. Though I typically go for hot chicken tenders/breast pieces, I decided to go for the hot chicken mac n cheese crunchwrap after a friend's recommendation...and wow, that was beyond incredible. I am absolutely looking forward to the next time I can eat that and try more of their menu items. Wowowow
Amazing. Loved everything about the whole operation they have going on at Red’s. Sandwich was massive and incredibly delicious. Fries were seasoned well and the comeback sauce was awesome. Definitely give this place a try. The line wasn’t super long, but that won’t last long as word of mouth spreads on this place…it’s that good. So so good. As I showed up overhead a tour guide talking about their win for best dish in 2021, and everyone in the group was eating snack boxes. One girl ordered fire and got it. I had the hot chicken crunchwrap (medium) and thoroughly enjoyed it.
Drop everything and GET THIS HOT CHICKEN! Sooo good.Ever since they started, I have loved their hot chicken. Upon moving to Nashville, Red’s stood out amongst all other hot chicken places. Every time I return, I’m never disappointed. The flavor mixed with the spicy is enough, but the chicken is always juicy. Plus, their Mac and cheese, and fries are fantastic.
Easily one of my favorite hot chicken spots in the city. For years, they have been consistently raising the bar on what it means to be hot chicken. The item to never pass up is there hot chicken mac & cheese. This is cheesy, spicy, crunch, and topped with a delectable comeback sauce.I always recommend his item to anyone looking for good hot chicken with a twist.
We ordered the $7 Hot Chicken Mac and Cheese for the Nashville hot chicken week and it was so delicious!! The chicken was juicy, tender, and the mac and cheese was amazingly gooey. Even the portion was on the smaller end, the flavor was definitely unforgettable:)
The hot chicken mac & cheese (Hot level heat for me) is an absolute must try! Also had Nashville Hot tenders that were cooked to perfection and lit me up! I'll be a repeat customer.
