Our waitress Cynthia she was AWESOME !! Very friendly and happy !! She was Delightful Lady !! Thank you Cynthia

Took my niece there for her 1st visit, it was exciting

I have a special diet and ordered off the menu, and they were very accommodating. Our service was fast and excellent and the food was delicious. We always enjoy our time at Rainforest.

We loved our food and the ambiance of the cafe. It was a great evening and he we had a wonderful waiter.

Overpriced food, lackluster service. Be prepared to wait with a nice view of clean empty tables even if you have a reservation.

It was my sons 9th bday and they brought out all the food except my son’s food. The appetizer was room temp so the cheese sticks weren’t good at all. The manager did offer my son a free dessert of his choosing but he was already crushed and ready to go

The food here is quite overpriced for what you get. The service was okay, not great or what I would expect in a place like Rainforest Cafe. The shouting of “volcano” every few minutes as people came from the kitchen became more obnoxious than cute. I don’t plan to return to a Rainforest Cafe again.

Food was just okay, also overpriced. The kids had a lot of fun. The kids slushees took a really long time, didn’t show up until we were halfway through eating. It’s also just pretty dated inside. There’s cobwebs in the vines overhead, the foliage all looks dusty. Older furniture, the same thing every time I’ve been there since I was a kid myself. It’s fine, but the prices are outrageous for the service, ambiance, and quality of food.

Our waitress was not very responsive or attentive. We ordered the volcano expecting the experience with the sparkler and such. It was just sat on the table and we had to wait on silverware.

A great place to bring your kids for food and interesting interactions with stuffed animals.. if your a tourist or live in Nashville and never been
