I’m a regular customer and have ordered the soup and salad combo many, many times. The salad has always been a decent size but today, not so much. They have shrunk its size to laughable. Only it’s not funny. When you pay almost $14 for a cup of soup and some lettuce, you should get more for your money. So by scrimping on the product, they have more than likely lost a steady customer over 50 cents worth of lettuce. Better restaurant choices for the money.
Great sandwiches, salads, and soups! If you want a good soup try the loaded loaded (yes twice) baked potato soup. It's the normal loaded baked potato soup with extra cheese and bacon added in before they serve it. This is pretty much the only reasonably priced place to grab a quick lunch in the Gulch and Chris the owner is amazing and does a great job! Have used them many times for catering lunches at our office when we have large meetings. Highly recommended!
My daughter called me and told me how RUDE the service at this establishment was today 3/19/22. Let me start by saying that my daughter is a college student at UGA. Her sorority is hosting it's formal at a venue in Nashville, so they are visiting the area for the weekend. Nashville is known for attracting tourist and vacationers year round, so all the businesses in the area should be accommodating to guest in the area. There is no place for the kind of RUDENESS and PROFILING my daughter had to experience today! I am very shocked and appalled that I have to write this review. My daughter and her friends were sitting at a table preparing to order, and the VERY RUDE worker comes to the table and proceeded to tell them to order or leave! I was very upset to hear how curt she was with them while they were trying to figure out what to order. Considering they have never been to this restaurant before today. Needless to say my daughters and her friends left the restaurant and will NEVER return!!! That kind of rudeness shouldn't be in the world but it is.

We are so appreciative of Chris, the franchise owner of Nashville’s downtown Potbellys, and his staff. Chris was INCREDIBLE at his communication and concern for our out of town team and got our large catering order delivered exactly on time. There was a storm coming to town and he was more than helpful in offering local weather advice. Aside from the completely wonderful customer service and kindness, all 20 meals were delicious. We highly recommend the downtown Nashville Potbelly’s! Thank you SO much Chris!
Great sandwich shop!!Similar to the big name Quiznos but better. Just wish there was more of them around.
Got the usual PB sandwich. That was fine. But to sit outside at the tables and chairs provided was gross. The tables were dirty and not just a bit. Not sure they had been cleaned in quite awhile. The chairs were falling apart and ratty. I would not eat there again until they get things worked out, outside.

Almost everytime I go to this restaurant it’s a guy talking orders who can’t understand or speak English and he keeps repeating everything you say in a very loud and annoying manner. I said I wanted a pot pie soup over 5 times and pointed to the size cup I wanted all he kept doing was repeating my order over and over again I said yes but he still kept repeating it. This is not the first time this has happened. I will not be taking my workers here for lunch again unless they gets someone that can understand English and all the different accents that they will have to hear. I wouldn’t recommend this place if he’s taking orders. Nashville Tennessee
This place is great. Chris, the owner/operator, is one of the hardest working people I know. Great food, great service. I've been going for years for lunch.
