The food was ok, but the place was clearly not up to Popeye's standard. Ordered frozen lemonade, none in stock, ordered fountain drink, machine not working, ordered cole slaw, went to get forks, no forks,spoons or other plasticware. Kitchen crew not wearing gloves. Mb a bad day but very disappointing.
Total racist workers ever.I ordered a 3 pc meal and asked for a bag,so I could carry it up 3 flights of stairsThe cashier said no. Asked the manager for a bag he said noI said is it because I'm white? He said yes and that white people don't deserve to eat Popeyes chicken
Rudest general manager of all time! And he encourages his staff to be rude. Didn't give me a large fry and when I brought it to his attention he shrugged his shoulders. And then started laughing with his coworkers. Never will get another dime from me.
To be honest the Murf Location should be shut. The staff is so unprofessional, you can forget your order being corry. Even the manager I had to talk to need etiquette classes. If you ask for fresh food they look at you like you crazy, then they still try to pass you the old fries and chicken
I truly like the taste of Popeyes Chicken but the employees working the drive thru and window at this location were very rude and one of them even snapped at my father while ordering because she kept saying she couldn't hear him but then when he spoke up she rudely exploded out, much louder than he had spoken to her prior to this, that there wasn't any need for him to be yelling at them. Then our food was served out in three separate orders that had to be paid for separately each time because they kept forgetting some of the items we'd ordered.
This is the 3rd time in less than 2wks I have been by that location and they claim the system crashed! When I pulled up u see employees outside laid back in the car smoking and when leaving u see employees standing around on the phone chilling. It's hard to believe all the money Popeyes makesthat they have such a problematic system!
I paid for a 2 piece ,large red beans&rice and a large drink. They filled it half way and there was hardly any beans in it and it was dry no type of juice,then I didn't even get a biscuit
Reading the reviews I understand now why they are saying the staff is rude. I was yelled at and disrespected when I called about an issue. I had called about this issue previously and was instructed by the manager to come back but no the guy said he was the GM and he was not losing money. Really!! I explained everything to him and it went from bad to worse. I have never been talked to like that before especially from someone in the customer service field and the bad part is he claimed to be the GM!! Instead of him saying he would address the issue with his staff he yelled at me. If he doesn't care about the customers then it's not surprising that the staff is acting the same way. I like Popeyes but I will not be yelled at and disrespected over a family meal that I paid for. If I could give zero stars I would. I hope they all go to customer service training because this is ridiculous. Popeyes you are losing loyal customers behind the people you all have working in your restaurants. Without us the customers you will not have a successful business.
Stopped at this location an hour ago .. Went in to place my order, was told if I didn't have a call ahead order that I would have to go to the drive thru! Went back and got in line where there were 4 cars ahead of me, I placed my order and waited about 7-8 minutes.... When did get to the window, I waited 2-3 to pay for my order, to which had to endure very foul language by several employees.... I got my order and left this facility to drive an hour home... Once I opened my box the chicken looked like it was several hours old and extremely over cooked! You should be ashamed of yourself for having the Popeyes label on this extremely poor excuse for a Restaurant!!!! Very disappointed and now I have either endure what you thought was acceptable or find something else to eat.....
Not only was the person taking the order rude towards me, she was laughing loudly and talking to somebody while taking my order. Once i got home, I opened it to find this! I’m disgusted! I ordered an additional side of mashed potato w/gravy and another side gravy and this is what I got?! It looks like someone’s leftover! Whoever owns this place needs to talk to their employees. I will take this to the corporate
