If zero stars were possible I'd give. The place was completely dirty. There were flies that were touching the food, service was painfully so. Cashier didn't know what they were doing. Would not recommend.
I was on the phone with my wife as was going through the drive through. I heard this employee assist my wife with order. I mean this lady was so nice and respectful. Even after she had taken my wife's order she continued to offer her assistance with such a beautiful spirit. It was a joy to hear. So I told my wife, "she is so nice!" And she replied, "I know, she makes my day."See, my wife love children and her jobs requires her to handle children that often in transition for many reasons. It's more stressful than she will admit. So to know that when she takes her lunch break, which is often to Popeye's, it good to know that within it is another blessing. I ask my my to get the lady's name so I write a review of her work performance. Her name is Kim. Thank you Ms Kim for being a blessing to my wife. May God bless you.
I have permanently blacklisted this location, both as a delivery driver and a customer. Here's the breakdown of why that is. I go there for a quick bite before work, I watch as the person at the speaker is ignored for 15 minutes, not even a peep from the employees, except to come out and tell someone who is honking in frustration "That's not necessary" exact quote from the employee. Later on, I go back because I have 2 orders for DoorDash, the employees pull the same BS and on top of the terrible service, I see as I'm driving away that all of the employees are inside on their phones and having a good ol' time while they are literally wrapped around with cars. Do not go here for food, do not accept delivery orders here if you deliver food, avoid it like the plague.
Customer service is HORRIBLE! Ordered wings they were cold return them & the cashier had a attitude from the beginning. DO WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY. HORRIBLE!
Went through the drive thru on 5/16 at about 1pm. Best drive thru service since covid. Give these ladies a raise!
Horrible. First, they told us they didn't have any other drinks than Dr. Pepper and Sweet Tea. Second, they had us wait at front for the food for more than 30 minutes. Not to mention, one of the workers came out and said they were going to make the order. BARLEY! It's as if they forgot. We also couldn't help but notice how one of the workers was inside the place taking "selfies" or in general, being on their phone. Lobby isnt even open so it didn't seem busy but yet still was taking forever. Past times we were here, they had also not attended well. We thought it would be different this time but we were wrong. Never coming here again.
Honestly this store does not even deserve a star. Several times I've been and the customer service is HORRIBLE completely HORRIBLE. And everytime I go by they don't have atleast one thing that I order. But today they only had Spicy Chicken no redbeans and rice and didn't even put my fries in the box. So when I get home there is no fries no condiments. I said that I was going to stop going here, but today was the last draw I'm done. If you'll can't get some ppl there that is willing to do there job professionally close this store this is utterly ridiculous.
Nothing like getting off a 12 hour shift and trying to grab a quick meal on the way home, only to be told through the drive thru intercom that they’re closed. It was 9:35 PM when I pulled up, and 9:45 when they said that. So I sat for 10 minutes until they decided they didn’t want to do their job. When I asked “you close at 10, can I not order?” He replied “yeah, I don’t know what to tell you.” Thank you for the superb customer service.
I walked into the restaurant around 8:30/9 PM because the doors were unlocked. I saw two workers feeding a baby and dealing with a car seat in the lobby - those two workers said “turn around, the lobby is closed”. I said “uh, oh, okay, thank you for telling me”.I went through the drive through, which moved EXCESSIVELY slow.I got to the microphone where the worker could not hear me- she said “you’re breaking up real bad” so I spoke up, repeating my order.A different worker spoke through the microphone saying “you not ‘sposed to yell at her like that”.I said “I can just pull up to the window then, no big deal”I got to the drive through window (one of the workers now handling my food was one of the girls handling a baby seconds ago, so she was obviously doing so during her shift) and the worker was exceptionally rude, literally clapping at me and saying again, “you not ‘sposed to yell”.She disregarded what I said trying to clarify the order and then proceeded to talk loudly and rudely about me along with her other coworkers who partook in talking loudly and rudely while the window was open.The workers were wildly rude and deserve to be called out.
I generally do not visit fast food restaurants and this is why: I never get what I order and this place was no different. In fact a little worse. Usually I get something other then my order, but here, I didn't get everything I ordered. Missing red beans and rice I was looking forward to. And the chicken and biscuits were not very good, I've had better Banquet from the freezer.. Don't waste your time in the drive thru.
