At 8:55pm the lobby was already closed and they put cones out so nobody could enter the drive - thru.
The sign suggests that the delivery pick up is in the lobby. It did not specify that was the ONLY service available. There was a young child eating in the dining room, a gentleman asking for a cup of ice. The young lady was rude by suggesting that I didn't read the sign. THE SIGN SHOULD CERTAINLY SPEAK TO THE FACT THAT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY THE ONLY PERSONS ALLOWED TO BE ASSISTED IN THE LOBBY ARE people picking up DELIVERIES. SIMPLE!
Didn’t even bother to get the food, absolutely the worst drive thru I’ve ever experienced so far, Popeyes y’all need to shut down or get it together. Your employees are on the phone face timing , and not getting orders right, cursing and screaming, saying “it’s your fault you don’t know your order” ….. so we gave the good ole lol bruh….. and we drove off.
I ordered online order/Mobile order & picked up easily. Plenty of parking at this location. Not sure how long some one is going to buy this place and built another 20+ story building. Good customer service & one BUSY place too... price is reasonable.
PLACED MY ORDERWHICH WAS WRONGTHEN I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE TEN MINUTES FIR THE HOT CHICKEN TO BE READY....10 MINUTES CAME AND WENT....WAITED AND WATCHED CASHIER FOCUS HER ATTENTION ON A MAN WITH 2 BAD LITTLE GIRLS....AND FILLED TWO OTHER CUSTOMERS ORDER....AND THEY SEEMED SURPRISED WHEN I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK???
The service was terrible, we waited in line for 45 minutes and when we got the food it wasn't even fresh, it was like it had been cooked for a while, and when I got to the window to pay it was 4 people just standing there doing nothing, open the door or shut it down. It wouldn't let me post unless I gave them a star so I gave them one, and didn't want to.
They keep the doors locked so you can't enter into the building there is a line all the way down to the street because they are too cheap to hire enough people are too lazy to clean the inside they should not be in business if they don't want to be in business. Everybody else is open covid is no excuse anymore June 2022. Don't go to this location you will wait an hour
Waiting in line for 45 minutes plus, before they came outside and said they ran out of chicken. They waited 45 minutes to tell everyone in line and there were at least 15 plus cars. Not saying this is the employees fault, however the franchise or corporation needs to do better or shut down.
Waited 40 minutes for incorrect order. Didn’t even have our order in the computer when we finally got to the window. And even after telling them multiple times at the window, STILL didn’t get it right. The old man at the intercom was very rude and pretty much unintelligible. WORST experience. This place needs a staff overhaul.
Not much to say about the food. It's fast food. It's a chain. The food is on par with any other location. What makes this location excellent is the service. The gentleman at the window was genuinely awesome. Very helpful as I'm learning to navigate the app. Very patient with me. A really kind person. I would absolutely recommend this location over and over.
