Bad service, incredible… I can’t eat inside because the manager wanted to close the place an hour before, the food was made quickly and it doesn't taste good... everything is wrong in this place...!! They should work on improving why if it is poor service.
Long wait lines at the counter and drive thru, and communicate in Spanish mostly. Since I do not know the language I have trouble communicating. So the food is good but not so great.. I went during rush hours so long lines but man it’s customers are patient..
The grilled chicken was OK. It kind of had a weird artificial-tasting seasoning, like Mrs. Dash. I was expecting something more authentic: chargrilled Mexican/Central American-style chicken that you can get from many places in the area on Harding or Nolensville. (I frequent El Tapatio #2.) The fried chicken seemed to be more popular based on what others were eating. Also, there seemed to be confusion over the listed daily specials. Our host tried to tell us that no such specials existed when they were clearly on the electronic sign. I will have to try it again.
Amazing fried chicken! truly, no reason to go to Popeyes or KFC if your in the area. This will be better no matter what. Get the fried Yuca as well (its crispy and delicious), and don't get the baked chick. Your going for fried Chicken, don't skimp and be disappointed.
I don't eat other people's chicken ? not everyone can clean chicken but wow... they do it correctly. I now understand why this place is always sooooo busy.. Pro-tip: order thru app or website and then pick it up.
I ordered online at 6:53pm, the order never came, so I called and canceled it at 8pm. They never gave me a refund, they just hung up in my face quickly. I reported to corporate and te BBB, so hopefully something will be done soon.
I've been to this location a few times. The grilled chicken is good but has a strong lime flavor. The fried chicken is good as well with less lime taste. The sides have a good distinct flavor different from other chicken chains. The one big problem I have with this location is the amount of time it takes to put your order in and receive your food. The system is set up to take a few customer orders and then stop. They will then fill those orders and after that start taking orders again. You can wait in line for about 20 minutes or so just to get your order in. Then wait another 15-20 minutes to get your food.
While I was placing my order the blonde lady stopped me to make sure they had what I was ordering and opened the metal door to see they did. I literally went to the bathroom not even 5 minutes and when I arrived to the table she gave me 2 different items than what I originally ordered. When I confronted her about it she said they "ran out" of the chicken we wanted. Even though she double checked before I paid .They also didn't have any more mashed potatoes so they tried to replace it with fried banana. I explained I don't eat fried banana nor did the other people I came with and she confirmed before I paid they had what we wanted. She then returned to the kitchen and brought out the correct food they supposedly didn't have. This isn't the first time this has happened and not only to me but multiple people that have went here.
