Good food; HORRIBLY SLOW and inefficient service. Workers standing around often acting like they don’t know what to do. No communication about why the long wait. Waited 36 minutes for chicken burger. Waited 4-5 more minutes for sweet potato fries, fries, and a drink. There were not many people waiting in line or waiting for food when we ordered.
Fifth and Broadway is awesome - and super busy, but you have to go. Lots of great shops and places to eat. Pharmacy Burger was mid, average, nothing special, and in a town with so many great choices, they’re going to need to up their game! I tried it for two reasons - a good burger always sounds like a good idea to me and the line was shorter than other places. Burger was average, tots were good. Hard to find a place to sit and eat - go with a group and half of you secure a place to eat first while the other half goes and orders food, then switch. Again, love Fifth and Broadway - first time there, and I’d go back in a second, but probably not to Pharmacy Burger.
The staff were slow to get to the counter and seemed to be more interested in talking to each other than the customers. At least the burger was good or this would have been a three star review. This burger was very juicy, took seven napkins to clean it off my fingers. The bun was surprisingly good.
Best burgers ever!! Me and my son's were visiting Nashville and choice to eat here while out viewing the city yesterday. Service was great. Thanks Nicole!! Food was fresh and tasty. Sweet potato fries are a must!!!
It was my first time at Pharmacy and my burger was excellent!!! We were celebrating a birthday and everyone enjoyed their choice of burger. We went with 2 small children and found parking and were seated immediately. If you are coming to this restaurant with children, do an early dinner and arrive before 5pm.
Should have read the reviews. From out of town, apparently main location is a place to visit. Would not recommend stopping here at this location. The food hall area is pretty cool, but the service here was terrible. It was a busy day. The employees were in their phones, I asked to take order and they said, someone else would help us. When finally helped, she just talked about how she wanted to cut their hours to punish them..very weird. Not good service. They argued behind the counter in front of everyone. This location not recommended. Food was so-so.
A decent burger and likely the best food option in the Hall. Only complaint was I wished the burger was juicy or crispy, instead of somewhere in the middle. The fries and cream soda were decent. I’d like to try a milkshake next time.
Cream soda was good, taters tots are also good but too salty. Mamma Mia sausage was pretty bad.
Burger was 4 stars but the fries were 1 star, actually were the brown crumbs out of the bottom of the frier. We thought it was a Nashville take on fries until we walked by again and saw typical looking French fries. Expect more for $15 :(
The burger was okay. Nothing special. There are better burgers around. The fries were excellent and you get a lot of them.
