Great tour with Jeff! I liked the history of TN Whiskey & production as well as Pennington as a brand. The tasting was really fun— you essentially can try any of their products from whiskeys to servers to coffee liquors. I recommend to tourists and locals alike!
My wife and I stopped in for a walk in tour and tasting. I'm remiss I do not remember the gentleman's name, but his tour and coverage of the distillery history and over all production process was superb. He also delayed his lunch to give us a tour. Their whisky and bourbon is phenomenal. My wife loved their pickers canned drinks and sipping cream.
We had such a great time at Pennington Distilling Co. We had their Davidson Reserve Tennessee Whiskey at Merchant’s restaurant on Broadway last night and really enjoyed it so we went to the distillery today. They offered a great tour and tasting of their many spirits. Chris was our tour guide and was super. Highly Recommended! Cheers!

We had thee absolute best tour! This distillery is the next best thing coming out of Tennessee. Jeff was phenomenal! Super passionate and knowledgeable about all of the products and production! We will definitely be back next time we are in Nashville!

As a group of 6 we had a tour with Jeff, and it was very informative! Jeff is truly passionate about his job and the distillery itself. He understood the processes thoroughly, and answered every question we had.As far as the tasting and the whiskies themselves, the tasting was good. Jeff gave us a detailed but brief overview of each option we could choose from. As a rye lover, and typically a scotch drinker, I have to say their rye was delicious, and the fact that it is 100% rye grain was unique. Though I can handle my alcohol, and I like a strong smoky whiskey served neat, in comparison Pennington whiskies tended to be a bit on the strong side and pretty astringent for me, despite the flavor being good.A nice story of it's beginnings, and a neat barrel room experience makes the tour worthwhile!
One of my favorite visits in Nashville to Date Jeff was fantastic pu a bottle of birthday reserve will definitely be back sourced locally for ingredients respect. A mist vist of ur in town!!!!!
This place was amazing and worth the trip!!! The tour was fun, informative and really really good samples. A must stop if you visit Nashville. I am not a big whiskey drinker but had so many other options of vodka and cream liquors, vodka sodas etc. to sample and choose from. My husband who is a whiskey drinker really loved their products. Jeff our tour guide made the experience fantastic
