We were in Nashville for a routine stop and followed it up with a lunch for us. It was a refreshing experience to eat at this location.I ordered a teriyaki steak & cheese sub and a large fry. The sub was excellent and the fries were crispy. Every sub is made fresh to order and delivered hot and steamy for their customers. The fries are made ready for each order as well. They were piping hot when the meal was delivered to me. I enjoy the malt vinegar for my fries and my sandwich to add a little zing to my taste buds. I also add a little seasoning salt for the fries for extra taste. The location was not crowded, nor was the service slow. We were greeted courteously by the employees and they genuinely displayed that they wanted to be there to serve us. This makes the atmosphere more pleasant and inviting to patrons. If you stop here, don't worry about the hospitality....they bring it and serve food as an add-on. Thank you for great service and attention to quality customer service.
Uggghhh.. I love this place, but showed up today expecting to be satisfied as I always am.. The workers where definitely out back smoking pot.. Lemonade tasted like they made in a dirty garbage can. Little to no meat on the Italian.. 18 dollars for one of the worst meals Ive ever had. Hopefully its just this location..
The employees confessed that they were NOT vaccinated and they had NO masks on while preparing our food. Their employer does not require face masks.
They don't have a tip jar for their employees. Which is always a shame, but even more so when you know they're probably not being paid much hourly. And they do way more work than they should.
Very good but not enough meat on the Philly cheese steak
Best sandwiches and staff ever! People sleep on this place...wake up!!!!!Ask for Trey...he is wonderful, and will definitely give u great customer service!!!
Apparently this is what you get when you order a med fry from Penn Station. Not a good first impression. Talk about a rip off. ??♂️
The best club in Philly steak in town made you the way you like it
Not the great Penn Station it use to be. The Italian sandwich I ordered only had one meat, and was 90% vegetables. I remember eating here a while ago, getting friendlier service, and getting better sandwiches. The staff wanted to act like they were closing 50 minutes early, but they had sandwiches on the grill for call-in order. There are too many good sub shops in the area for me to return to this one.
Probably the best Reuben I've ever had
