Y'all, Penn Station is the best, and this location is just as on point as all of them are!!! I so wish we could get one in Brentwood. We drive 30min to Penn Stations cause they are so good!!! Very friendly and very clean!!! Highly recommend the Chicken Teriyaki and a small fry (medium and large is sharable).

They have the best fries, lemonade and philly subs!! Also italian sub and chicken teriyaki are really yummy also.

Absolutely wonderful staff and the food is amazing will be going back!

Great location. Very clean with a very friendly staff. Will definitely be back.

Delicious! Wish we had one in South Nashville/Nolensville!

I've never had a bad experience here. The food is always hot and fresh. Sandwiches are made to order and arrive to the table quickly. Restroom was clean (although the hand dryer was not working). Staff is courteous. Sometimes parking can be tricky because of all the business in this center.

Easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant in Tennessee.Being from Philadelphia, I am hypercritical of sandwiches, but this went so much farther than the mediocre sandwich.I only went to this place because it’s called Penn Station East Coast Subs. I’m expecting some genuine hoagies.I order a mixed cheese hoagie and they make a cheesesteak… so they had to make a new one and they literally put 3 slices of cheese on the sandwich. One slice of provolone on one side, a slice of American in the middle and a slice of Swiss on the other side.I have been eating cheese hoagies since I had a kid and it’s layered cheeses. I have never in my life seen something so pathetic. The sandwich was almost 13 bucks too so for 3 pieces of cheese I was pretty upset. The bread was skimpy and doughy. Not even mediocre, just all around bad bread. The sandwich was BAD.The fries were ok at best. Didn’t have much of a taste besides salt. They looked really good in the pictures but were very disappointing. Also in the pictures they had cheese whiz and when I asked about it they had no clue what I was talking about. The lemonade just plain sucked. No ice, just warm gross lemonade. For my meal of (terrible skimpy) sub, mediocre French fries and a warm lemonade, it was 28 bucks. After my food was made the kid informed me the company is based in Ohio…I wouldn’t go back here if I was paid to.

First clue of a potentially bad experience was when we were told that they had no ice and all drinks were hot. We ordered anyway and got water. The sign on the machine that said no ice looked like it had been on there for a long time. Water turned out to be pink water. Running it for several seconds didn’t clear it up. Two full glasses and both were pink. My wife went next door and got a tea from Taziki while we waited. We got our food and the fries were terrible!! We came here for what used to be great fries. But these were raw in the middle and floppy. Looked like maybe the potatoes were green, too. They just had a weird look to them. And to top it off neither my wife nor I got any obvious mushrooms and banana peppers on the sandwich. We won’t be back.

Food is fresh,tastes great.staff very friendly.good prices

The Manager recommended a Philly cheese sub on wheat with banana peppers; This was one great sub. Almost went back to get a second one for take home. Great menu, great staff, and a really great first experience.
