The employees were yelling at each other instead of serving the customers. My plate was only half full and we were over charged instead of ringing up our bigger plates we were charged for a plate and charged $2 for our ragoons. After waiting so long for them to stop fighting we just paid so we could eat. I love Panda express but would not recommend this location.
The rudest drive thru intercom guy. The kid got 0 manners. he said "HELLO?! what ELSE? AND?" " PULL UP"I know fast food has low expectations but this kid shouldn't be in any postion where he talks to customers
I pick up here a lot for clients. The staff is super young but don't get it twisted, these kids hustle. Definitely a higher standard of food service!!
Worst rude service ive every encountered. The drive thru cashier told me just as I pulled up he said to hurry up and order because he was trying to close. He needs to be fired. This took place Thursday June 9th 2022 at 8:48 pm. The manager needs to pull the time sheet and see who was on the drive thru that day and time. Yes im sending corporate a copy of my complaint!
It was just bad. Too much vegetables in the Chow Mein and tastes like the fryer hasn’t had the oil changed in a while
I have tried this location 3 times and ALL 3 times the chicken was way under cooked and the shrimp was absolutely greasy and taste old! The men at this location are rude and treat women as if they are lower class very rude always rush you while ordering and throws your food out the window in drive through. This is very sad that in 2022 women are treated with such disregard and disrespect. Definitely do NOT recommend this location!
food is always horrible, not fresh, and sits on the heated table all day.... and the rude staff says its always fresh... and will tell a customer it is what it is.... The cashier is very unprofessional screams throughout the store when I asked for the manger. There was an associate that said he was the assistant manager and I asked for the manager that had on a black shirt he said that is just the chef.. Lack of leadership at the location.They really need 0 stars... or closed down. The Heath Dept should get involved the food will not make temp.
The bar was very short on food except the 3 items that were $1.25 extra. So I ordered 3 meats and 1 side, it was $12.40. Since they were out of the orange chicken the lady said I’ll bring it out to you. She has made the smallest little tiny box with orange chicken in it and I said that’s all you’re going to put on there is that little tiny box. She said yeah. I said I think I want a refund on the third one and I just want the two entrées and the one side. She looks confused him and she got her manager he said so what do you want, I said I wanted a refund. I’ll pay for the two but I want a refund for the third one he said well it’s only $1.50 that we’re charging you for it, I was so embarrassed that I just took the food and left. It’s a palling when you asked for a refund and they try to belittle you and say well it’s only this much so you’ll keep it and not do a refund. I think he didn’t understand how to do the refund so I will not be ever shopping here again, I was in a hurry and the guy embarrass me saying it was only $1.50. I will be reporting them to the corporate office as well. It wouldn’t be so bad if there to go boxes didn’t go down in size or the spoon size that they used wasn’t smaller than it was when they first started. And I seems like everyone is cutting everything back as much as possible, I just wanted a refund and didn’t want to pay for the extra that I wasn’t going to eat. I would not shop at this location
I love panda Express but at this particular location I always have trouble. They had to cook up part of my order which is fine. I waited 33 minutes in the parking lot only to find that ALL of my food was room temperature. This makes the 3rd time this year I've received poor service at this location.
Food was ok but I felt VERY RUSHED at the drive thru. I was the only one in line. I had asked them to hold on so I could look at menu but they kept asking bowl or plate....
