Was greeted, food was fresh, disnt have to wait, was thanked as I left.

the store is so very clean and as an assistant manager this makes me very happy to see. customer service is par nothing to write home about but i always come here when i come to madison to shop.
not so good anymore ??♂️ drive thru today... was told it would be 4min for fresh Beijing beef and that's perfectly fine pull around to the spot to wait brought my orders ? to get them home and find the worst meal ive ever seen from panda the Beijing beef was not freshly made.. soggy uneatable.. ended up with two of the three meals in the trash ??♂️

I ordered a plate with super greens, orange children, & teriyaki chicken.This is what I opened to. Food taste okay but quality & amount are poor. Other locations are better. They didn’t seem to care because they were cussing & talking amongst themselves.

What the Panda Express tonight walked inside food on display dry rice and noodles was dry told them I would wait to make fresh food The soda didn't have any Cabohydrate To the drinks and the employees act like that they Didn't want to be there sad
Ordered 4 bigger plates. Bill was over 40 dollars. I got home and these was nothing in the bag I actually ordered. Also no receipt. I called the store told them what happen the young lady who answered said yes we know what happened you got a portion of somone else's order. She took my name and said they would replace the order on my next visit. I came in on my next visit to get my order replaced the manager jolynn said that if I dont have a receipt then I can kick rocks with a open toed shoe. I explained there was no receipt in the bag wich is one of the reasons I called amongst the order being wrong. Jolynn said if I dont like it to call cooperate. Soo I called the 1800 customer line and talked to a gentleman who told me there is nothing they can do with out the receipt that they failed to give me. Soo with that being said panda express will not be getting any more business from me or my office
