Some friends and I took our teenagers to a concert at Bridgestone Arena recently and were looking for a fun, inexpensive place to eat that was close to the arena. This checked all the boxes. There was something for everyone, and the prices were so reasonable. Best part was seating was available on the rooftop which has a great view of the arena and areas close by. Will definitely visit this place again! Loved the vibe!
Started out with thr chip trio, was good. We got 4 tacos, 2 beef, 1 pork, 1 chicken. The chicken was a bit dry but still tasty. The pork was the best of them. Strawberry margaritas were very good. I do see the other reviews said slow service, we didn't experience this. Our server was fast and very friendly. Highly recommend eating here.
We met at P&L's for a ghost tour. Had a really good margarita before the tour and then went back after for dinner. The service is questionable but only because I think they are terribly under-staffed. Our server was pleasant but not enthusiastic - probably just run down. We had nachos, tacos, burrito bowl and quesadillas and everything was very flavorful. If you want good Mexican food when you're in the Broadway area, check it out - just go in knowing that the service will be less than stellar.
It’s almost like no one works there. Is there food ? Maybe. Are there drinks ? Sure. Kind of a ghost town…..it will suffice if you have to get food before a game or something and there is nothing else around. Living off the location for sure.
Enjoy amazing Tacos and some of the best Fire Roasted Tomatoe Salsa you will ever eat! While dining you will be in the Oldest Building Still Standing in Nashville! The Interior, with its history alone, is worth the visit but you get to have Fantastic food too! Bonus!
Just off Broadway, which means it's quiet and reasonably priced. Good tacos and drinks!
Pancho & Lefty’s is right across from Bridgestone Arena, 1/2 block to Broadway. There is the main floor and more seating upstairs. P&L’s is not big on looks. While sitting there I saw several people walk in, look and walk out. You missed it….this is a good place! They have awesome nachos. Today we had tacos and they are very meaty and tasty! I had the crispy pork and the Classic. Both were very good and prices are reasonable. If you’re looking for a place for a nice break from Broadway or somewhere to go after visiting the Country Music Hall of Fame, try this place!
Oh my God, best tacos ever! Very quaint, awesome atmosphere, reasonable prices and the staff is very accommodating. To top it all, they have a very nice roof top bar overlooking the action on the strip. We ended up bypassing all other venues and went to the Cantina 3 times while visiting Nashville.
Visited 1-11-22 around 1PM. Pros: Chicken tacos were really good and drink prices were very reasonable. Cons: Bartender was very standoffish, it seemed like a chore for him to make a margarita and I was the only one there (I sat at the bar). I asked for a menu and he said "Scan the napkin box with your phone." The two margaritas I had were too sour for my tast. Never ask how my food was nor did he ever check in on me. Had to ask for the second drink and the bartender was just feet from me, constantly on his phone. Afterwards another employee and the original bartender began cutting fruit, not a word said, very awkward. The beef taco I had was very bland.
Great fajitas and best queso in Nashville!!! The flour tortillas that come with the fajitas are amazing as well.
