There was much to like, and I am just old I guess, but the hostess while good had nose rings in her septum. It's for me at least off-putting. She was efficient and friendly tho. We asked to sit outside but not enough staff. Our waitress was also good, but asked twice for our food order before our drink order. That was the only complant. She checked on us frequently but not too often. The food was good, but I asked for med rare steak and it was rare and in a couple of places tough. Flavor was spot on, and the mashed potatoes and asparagus were great. Overall good experience but someone should have cleaned the mat at the entrance.
Sometimes the steak is amazing and sometimes it sucks. Sometimes your server is amazing, sometimes they suck. Sometimes a manager is viewable and present and caring, sometimes they are invisible. Nice location, nice inside, wildly inconsistent quality all the way around.
This place was some of the best steak I’ve ever eaten. I haven’t eaten steak in a very long time and this food was really good. I enjoyed every single second of it. The service was great. My server was so good he genuinely made me feel special.
Me and my daughter ordered the 15oz ribeye medium. They came back well done. The manager and owner replaced our steaks and they were well done again. He apologized and gave us a card for a free meal. I ordered the meal days later car side to go and the steaks were still well done. I ordered a lobster tail with it. I paid for the lobster tail and they didn’t put butter on the side and I ordered Aussie cheese fries. I got home with 2 well done steaks no butter for the lobster tail and no ranch with my fries. The fries were dry with hardly any cheese. The worst experience I’ve ever had at an Outback in Nashville TN on Charlotte Pike. In addition the food was cold. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed.

F+ for food and service. Wait time for food and drinks to come was to long. Barely warm when we did get it. The blooming onion was a dead burnt onion marinating in oil. We sent it back. For the money we spent, well over $100. We will not be back there. Server was nice but slow.
Awesome food. Awesome service. Friendly staff. Delicious food at a great value. During a time when service workers are hard to come by, Outback Nashville West does it’s best to make every customer feel appreciated.
French Onion Soup & Pecan Blue Cheese Salad & Prime Rib Dinner was very good.
25 of my family members dined in and Seth Collins was our waiter and I can't say enough about the service we received! It was exceptional and he was very professional and very accommodating. Thank you Seth for making my family feel exceptional after we had just buried my cousin❤️
Steaks were perfectly cooked. Everything else was trash. And overpriced AF for what we could actually eatThey were understaffed and our server was great, so I can't complain about service.If it's that the back of house is so understaffed that they can't manage to cook MFing broccoli then -again, not their fault -but management needs to just start giving discounts to their customers.
