The Food Is Delicious, Very Nice Atmosphere. And Very Friendly Waitress. I Give It A Thumbs up ??
This is the only Outback we come too in the Nashville area. Somehow every time they look super packed but we get sat immediately.Madison, is the best waitress! She is always so kind and on point! We manage to get her every time we go and we love it! Props to great service Madison!The food is always cooked To the correct temperatures and we never have to wait very long to get our meals!
Gabriel was AWESOME!! If you are going to the Madison Outback please ask for him. Great service! Very polite, attentive and on top of things. Way to go. That was the first time I have been in that specific location and did not have any issues. Thank you Gabriel!
Today is Mother's Day and I thought I would spoil myself by ordering some food from Outback since the last time I had it the food was amazing but not this time. I really wish I would have chosen a different place to order from. The cream spinach was watery and had a bitter taste. The fried mushrooms were extremely greasy, the breading was mushy and lacked flavor. I really really was looking forward to the salad but couldn't eat it because the lettuce was weepy and translucent. I also ordered the steak cheese dip which had fatty pieces in it. The chicken was a tad dry but tasted okay. The steak macaroni didn't even have the same pizazz as last time.. I spent $60 on this meal and I wish Doordash could give me my money back. So so sooooo disappointed.
The waiter acted like we were bothering him and all you had to do is do a job. He was arrogant unfriendly in a way very disrespectful
We loved it. Our waiter was the best. The only thing that has changed not for the good. The blooming onion was way too greasy. Did not used to be that way. That was the reason i chose outback for my daughter and son in law to take me for my birthday. Other than that everything else was so good.
Haven't been here in years but everything was still good. They don't have one in my hometown so it was nice to go and the service was still great.
Everything was perfect. Excellent service! Our server was genuinely friendly, and provided drinks and bread immediately. We never had to look for her, or wait for anything. The Bloomin Onion came fast, and was hot and tasty. My salad was cold and crispy with a delicious mound of real blue cheese on top. My steak was absolutely awesome even though I ordered a small one, and didn't expect it to get much attention. Nice baked potato. Long story short, I ate it all! I truly appreciate it.
This trip to Outback definitely redeemed itself for the last 2 times I had gone. The second time, I had not wanted to go, but it was a family affair and I regretted it.This trip however was excellent. Our server was pleasant and efficient. Our food was cooked just right and not burned like the last 2 times. We received it in a timely manner, not having to wait almost an hour. It is back on my "go back to" list. Kudos to the staff of the Rivergate Outback.
Well, it took a while to get a mixed drink. We had fried mushrooms, the grease they were cooked in made them have a sad taste, plus over fried. Then I got Sally Chicken the sweet potato had to much butter & the chicken was good, just a little dry, & rice was great. But for 2 meals for $50. it wasn't that good.We had an excellent server.
