Delicious bowls and experience. Fried Tofu Bao Nash Hot was legit… Noodles were excellent. Overall a satisfying ramen date. I’m a lucky man.
The staff is super friendly. It's clean. The bathroom was clean and has a live camera of Tokyo which is super cool. The food is delicious especially the veggie gyoza, I could eat like 3 orders of just the veggie gyoza by itself. Love this place and I'm so glad it has vegan options!
Living overseas and having true Ramen I was not disappointed in the Szechuan Miso. The atmosphere is great and the service was excellent
No wait, was seated quickly. Gyoza dumpling were really good. Main entree was Tennessee Ramen. Very flavorful and hit the spot.
4 ⭐️- Hits the spotone of my go to place for ramen in Nashville (two ten jack is the other). We had the TN tonkotsu and Shoyu. The shoyu was a bit salty for me this time but the tonkotsu was good.Service was a little slower than usual but can’t really complain because they were noticeably short staff.
One of the better Ramen places in all of Nashville…especially if you are looking for an more traditional, firmer style noodle (most tend to overcook). Plenty of menu options, as well as ramen combinations & variations - love the add-on menu items. You can pretty much custom the bowl of ramen that you desire. The main seating area is slightly limited, however there is additional seating outside - it is enclosed and heated/cooled. Parking is very close - most options are pay to park.
Stopped in for snow day ramen. The edamame, shoyu ramen, and koji shoyu had good flavors, but the soft boiled eggs were cold in the middle (refrigerator cold) and the broth temperature on my shoyu was not as hot as expected. The presentation of both bowls was good (see my pics). I would go back again, and I wouldn't mind trying the tofu bun, since it looked really good.
Cute ramen shop with a chill atmosphere. We were seated immediately outside in their covered and heated seating area. Good servers and food. Not the greatest ramen and gyozas I’ve ever had but it’ll satiate the craving. The noodles were excellent, the shoyu broth was a little too salty for my liking. One thing to note was that the food did take a while to get to us. I would definitely come back to try more of their menu.
This place has TASTY food! We all loved the broth in the ramen and the toppings were so delicious. The appetizers were good too. Vegetable gyoza was a little too oily but had a good flavor. Might ask to cut back on the oil next time. Crispy dill tofu was really good too. Seating in this place is very limited and the tables are very close together but they do offer take out options with a parking garage two doors down from the restaurant so not a far walk. Cost is a little expensive at $15/bowl but you do get a lot of ramen and it’s comparable to other ramen places prices. I think what really adds to the bills are the drinks and appetizers. If we hadn’t been treating a friend, we would have gotten it to go and skipped the apps and been much cheaper. I don’t regret it though! I definitely recommend this place if you want some tasty ramen!
I recently tried Otaku Ramen for first time. We live in the Gulch and have not tried before. It was a great choice. I ordered online and brought back to eat. Online ordering was easy and pick-up was efficient. Started with veggie pot stickers - excellent choice. Then had the spicy chicken ramen - wow - that was great too. You can customize with various toppings. Small place so be prepared to wait because very popular. Highly recommend.
