The service is sub par at best. It took me 14 minutes to get a glass of water after sitting down. Since then I finished my water and it’s been 11 minutes so far and no water…no salad, nothing and I’ve been seated for nearly half an hour. Also, my table is directly across from the servers entrance to the kitchen. I’ve observed what appears to be friends of a couple of the servers allowed to just walk back at their leisure and get what they want. To say the very least this doesn’t seem sanitary all. Because of that particular issue I’m not waiting for them to bring me any water or take my order. Absolutely horrendous service and I’d NEVER recommend this place!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!
While I was at the place it was a Saturday, so unfortunately I didn't get the chance to get all you can eat soup, salad or breadsticks, but after I had gotten a plate of one of the meals on the menu I realized there was no need for that. It was a big portion and you can choose a salad or soup as a side, so it was a lot. Breadsticks automatically were served with any meal. The food was so good that even as a huge portion I felt as if I had to savor each and every last bite. I'd say this is one of my most favorite restaurants from now on. This is a really good place for going on a date with someone. Will surely come again!
So, If I could rate it based on the service and the employees, I’d say 1 star. Given that the food is great and always accurate, I have to rate higher than the 1 of course. The attitudes of the employees there just ruins it every time. My dad wanted Olive Garden for his birthday and suggested the Providence location, but since we were right by this one (close to where I live), we went there. So embarrassing the lack of respect and professionalism.I mean, the food is good but it’s a hit or miss if you’ll get ticked off by one of the employees and their bad attitudes.
Absolutely amazing I feel bad I can't remember my servers name but if he sees this I hope he likes it.Service was amazing quick and fast me an my wife felt bad cause we had just got our car and wanted to celebrate so we decided olive garden, we bother got basic seafood Alfredo add chicken and it was amazing the Alfredo tasted fresh as could be. The bread sticks had been just as crisp. My wife also loved her salad and to top it off the server even though it was the end of the night was super quick with refills and even quicker with our food .
We did a take out order for this visit. We were not greeted once we arrived and once we were finally seated, we sat so long we finally just decided on a take out order. I went to the hostess to try and get that done and she said she couldn't do it to go over there where I was finally giving a menu to order our food. There are a lot of very inexperienced employees here very young and I don't like to usually use the term in regards to age because usually age has no defining merit on how hard of a worker you can be but this place just didn't get it right maybe it was just an off day for everyone I probably won't ever be back tho. and I do want to finish on a positive note the food other than the breadsticks being a little overdone the food was actually really good and the portions were surprisingly large especially for a takeout order.
A bit pricey... for chicken tenders $25 an order and the salad, I mean it's just chicken and lettuce. Last time I looked lettuce cost around $1 a head in the stores. At home I dont put the chunky stalk core in the salad. It just tells me there's not much quality control going on in the kitchen. The drive up pickup service was good, fast and accurate. Overall prices are high on alot of the menu items.
I waited 15 minutes for waitress to be greeted had to ask another worker if she got lost. Manager came to take my order apologized for waitress then comes to find out it’s the one that done walked past going to table next to me 3 times. So I let that go I order a salad baby she brought it out and gave me just the bowl and left so I ate salad out bowl until I stopped another waiter and asked for cheese for the salad. Zak then was a savior and got me a plate. So I could stop eating out bowl. My food was pretty good but the service had already done its damage to where I couldn’t enjoy. The things in front of me wasn’t able to be enjoyed but I got Togo plates hopefully it’ll be delicious at home.
Service was really slow but I could tell my server was really worn down. He was really social with other tables but seemed uninterested in us. That’s okay we don’t need to have bubbly conversations, just wish we could’ve gone in and out quickly. Good soup though!
You know all the decent restaurants in the Antioch area seemed to go down hill or just closed down. It's nice to still have Olive Garden and I have to give my server Jayla a thumbs up. Jayla was one of the best servers we had in a long time. Service was great, food was hot and delicious. I had the chicken alfredo and it was a large serving of chicken and pasta. The soup and salad was very good also. My only complaint is it was to cold in the restaurant a little heat would have helped. No fun trying to eat in a coat to stay warm.
Haven't eaten here in over a year and food was pretty good. We had fettuccine and soup and salad. All was good including the service.
