Terrible experience at this location. I placed an order two days prior of needing it. Day of, I call this location & checked on the progress of my cake at 11:54Am. Whoever answered the phone let me know my cake was not ready because they have me set to pick up at 1pm. Although I requested the cake to be chilled because it wasn’t being served right away. Why have that as a option if it will not be honored. I then asked her if it would be ready for pickup by my pickup time at 1pm and she said yes. I get there at 1:03pm and I am told it will be another 10-15minutes for the icing drizzle to settle. If it was prepared in time I wouldn’t have to wait. I didn’t leave until 1:34pm which made me late to the small gathering I was attending. I will never order from this establishment again due to my time not being respected. If the cake was properly started at the correct time, waits wouldn’t happen. The cake was not chilled at all. More like quickly made & still not on time.
We had a last minute cake problem that needed to be solved- AND FAST. It was almost closing time but Jordan went above and beyond to stay a bit later and help us out with exactly what we needed. Our birthday boy is going to be very happy, thank you so much for outstanding service! Promote this woman immediately!
The cashier didn't give the right change even after counting the money. Usually I've had great experiences here.
I have never been here but I really like their name and I also like cake. I will visit one day. Until then I will assume they are (at least) decent people who make excellent cake.Enjoy
Fantastic. The girl taking my order help me by walking with me to my car. I have had a knee replacement, but needed some Nothing Bundt cakes. She saw my cane and help me carry my cakes for me. I will be back again soon for more cakes. Thanks
Nice people but the cake was worse than supermarket or if I had made from a mix. It was rubbery and had a chemical perfume smell. Frosting was OK. It was purchased for a birthday celebration and was a complete disappointment.
As always very good and delicious I recommend it to anyone it never let you down

Nice people. Would be good, and would sell more, if they sold buntinis less than 12 at a time. Maybe 3, 6, 9 and then 12.
