Jeremy at Ebar was fast, friendly, and efficient. The drink tasting good was just the cherry on top

Friendly staff, the green smoothie is the best smoothie I ever had. Absolutely amazing!!!!!

Absolute bad experience with the staff

A was bad experience.

I have visited the Ebar several times over the last ten days during my visit to the Nashville area. My gosh, what a refreshing change of pace. The STAFF are remarkable to say the very least. I went once, ordered a drink, I came back days later, they not only remembered my name but also remembered my preferred drink. How can you ask for better? The product is amazing, the best I've ever had anywhere, the STAFF ARE AMAZING. I highly recommend Nordstrom Ebar and please tell them Will sent you. <3

Came in here to purchase a bottle of water went in I was told to place my mask on which I did but I guess it wasn’t quick enough for the guy I dealt with so he refuses to sell me a water but proceed to say “that he didn’t want my money and he’ll give me water from the sink” at that time he gets a cup and fills it with sink water and attempts to give it to me. Which makes absolutely no sense so pretty much I’m not good enough to purchase water but you want to give me water out the sink like I’m just some disease ridden animal the guy name is Phillip need to say I am black so thats definitely questioning.

I’ve worked at Ebar for a while. I really thought it was the place for me. The atmosphere was nice. I made good connections with customers and other employees, but I always buy heads with the manager. He seemed cool at first but there were times I saw a whole other side of him that I didn’t like. He would address certain things with me that weren’t correct and I felt like he would attack me. It’s ashame because I really liked the job and the benefits were nice. But if there were a different manager things would be a lot better.

Located on the street level near mall access to Nordstroms, Ebar seeks to offer slightly more decadent coffee drinks, snacks and light fare than Starbucks on the outside/outdoor parking lot at the mall. Their chocolate-derivates drinks (Mochas, hot chocolates) feel richer. Their foamed drinks seem thicker/foamier). A few booths inside, Ebar is surrounded by tables in the mall's common area, so it is also a great place to meet up with friends when shopping, waiting on an Apple appointment of just taking a break from shopping at William Sonoma, Tory Burch, J. Crew or Victoria Secret.

I'll preface this by saying that I am normally a Starbucks customer, and temporarily forgot that it's because Ebar gives substandard service most of the time. However, I had a gift card to use so today I visited Ebar to grab an americano with a "splash" of almond milk. Not thinking anything of the total until I looked at my receipt closer... I was charged $0.75 for the splash of almond milk? Usually this is a complimentary addition to any basic coffee order... anywhere else but Ebar apparently. The second and most easily avoidable issue, is that my hot coffee was haphazardly shoved onto the pick up area, with NO lid, causing some coffee to spill out. I guess I was also unaware that my $4.04 grande americano didn't include paying the barista to add a lid.

We were surprised to not find a food court in the Green Hills Mall! There are places around but we spied this spot right outside the Apple store where we had dropped of my wife's iPhone 6 to have a battery replaced. They had some sandwiches, wraps, rolls, croissants, muffins as well as coffee and tea drinks. We enjoyed a sandwich and a wrap.
