Good sushi, made the mistake of getting octopus sashimi. Warning, its utterly horrible, briny and chewy and hard to swallow. Not their fault though, just wish the waiter would have warned us. Rest of meal was good.
Easily one of the best places to eat in East Nashville. I get takeout from this place all the time and they always deliver on the poke bowls. Decent prices too with good portion sizes
I'm a big Korean fried chicken fan and although it's not quite the crunch of my Philly favorite Bon Chon, boy was it saucy. Who doesnt want a saucy wing?! Very flavorful, very messy, very happy. Paired that with the crunchy shrimp roll and guess who didn't really work for the rest of the day because of an intense game of "Nap or Not"? This guy.So in conclusion, no Nomzilla slander will be allowed. Classic, out.
I love this place. It is one of my favorite take out restaurants in Nashville. I haven’t ever eaten in at this location (covid) Their sushi is delicious (I haven’t tried an option I didn’t like) as well as the hot chicken bao buns. My wife loves the kimchi ramen bowl. An overall excellent choice for takeout!
Their kimchi ramen is excellent. I haven’t had the chance to try anything else because I’m hooked on the kimchi ramen lol!The restaurant has a good vibe. When the dine-in is open (currently no dining in right now to COVID) it is a comfortable spot to grab food with friends or solo. Fairly laid back. I recommend it here!
Amazing sushi! So good! No ramen when we got there which was the reason why we went there in the first place. Quite a disappointment. Service was good. Not happy with the 20% mandatory tip. I always think tip ahould be left at the discretion of the customer. We always love to tip well for wonderful service. If not for the mandatory tip, I would have left a 5 star rating.
Not a sushi person, myself. But the other options are great. A little on the pricey side.
Food was amazing. We had the house salad, California rolls, fried rice was delicious and the spider rolls were delicious! We'll be back before we head back home and next time we are back in Nashville.
Had this over a double date. Great place for something new to try. I got the seaweed salad, which was amazing, and the California rolls (delicious as always). The place was fairly busy for a Monday night, so the staff was always running about. Staff was friendly but not too attentive on customers.
Nomzilla was amazing, literally some of the best sushi I have ever had. I was sad they only had two different kinds of ramen , but the sushi made up for it. It was different and much more flavorful than I've had it . I came to take myself on a solo date and was very happy I did. It was my first time then and I plan to come back.
