Decent pasta. Building your own bowl is a hit or miss on flavor and quality, so I’d recommend getting a house favorite. I’d skip on the salad- tasted pre-packaged and not fresh.My issue comes with the pricing. After paying ~$20 for a bill I calculated to be $15, they explained to me that their current menu doesn’t reflect the price increase of $1 on practically every item, down to the toppings. Highly disappointed that this wasn’t verbally communicated to me until after I asked about it. I was not refunded. Note to management, the prices customers see should be honored until your new board comes in. Overall, a disappointingly average experience.
We stopped here while traveling and had no idea what to expect. I'm so glad we did! I have never had chicken alfredo that I've enjoyed more. Everything was so fresh!

We're from Houston. I told my husband I wanted Italian and this is what he found. It was super good. Authentic tasting. Great atmosphere. Literally no complaints. Will Def recommend and come back when we visit again. ☆☆☆☆☆
Food was ok. Pasta al dente and good. Salad was prepackaged (and not actually chopped) Ordering process challenging. Have to get back into long line to get anything. Also weird that the hourly workers there must wear masks (you can’t hear them speak) but no customers do. These places that cover the faces of their workers make me think they don’t respect their employees’ personal choices
The food is always delicious and fresh but seating is a real problem. I've been several times and have yet to get a table indoors. It's getting way too cold to eat outside so it may be spring before I go back ?My fave is the green chile mac. Hot, creamy, flavorful, and just about perfect! Salads are tasty, bread is in point, and service is friendly. I am so glad they're on this side of town now.

I Ordered the fettuchini. It was hard as a rock and the pasta was so thick that that it was inedible.
Love this place! Fully stocked on our Kale Ratiatori! Got dinner for later, & they even made the Italian Beef sandwich in separate parts, so I can eat it after out 3+ hour drive home. The staff is EXTRA nice & accommodating! Best pasta in town!
