Hours online say they are open straight through from 11-930 , drove across town to have an early dinner and was disappointed to be turned away and find out that they are closed from 2:30-4:30. This information should be clearly stated on the website , Google, yelp or what have you. Clearly I'm disappointed and do not recommend a business that is not open. It's like a footballer, he could be best in the world but if he can't be on the field he is useless....thanks anyway.

The food was very good Scallops with gnocchi I really enjoyed it. The waiter was very good friendly and helpful.

Service was polite and friendly, and the food was pretty good. It was warm and tasty, and the desserts were good, too. I took away a star after my son was unable to use the restroom due to cleanliness issues. That being said, we'd likely return.Ps. The pepper chicken is easily the best thing they offer. Delish!

First time in Nashville and looking for Chinese food. I was impressed. Shrimp Lo Mein and Chef's special Szechuan mixed grill with veggies. Their basic white rice was like butter. I'll be visiting again when I visit Nashville. My thanks to the New Dragon Phoenix.

This is a great restaurant. They are professional, very friendly, the food is fresh and delicious. Each entree tastes individual. Not like they used the same sauce in each dish. The veggies are fresh and you can actually taste them in the dish. They are extremely kind and generous with their portions. I have never been disappointed when I have eaten here. I recommend highly for a delicious meal and a reasonable price. They work very hard with limited staff and try to accommodate any special requests.

This place used to be mine and my husband's favorite place in Donelson to eat. Today we went at 11:40 am. Everything was cold, the general TSO chicken was mushy. They didn't have any sushi like they used to have included with buffet. The prices have increased and the quality has decreased. Staff was pleasent, but not enough for us to return.

Would have been ADEQUATE for $8.Deplorable for $13.Conveniently located off TN 255 along a cluster of hotels near the airport.Checked out the restaurant right around 1600 and was advised the reset for the dinner was happening. Good, the foods seemed old and lacking anyway. Returned around 1800 and only a few tables were occupied.Hot and Sour soup was too thin (runny).Egg Drop soup was typical.Wonton Soup, broth was OK. The wonton was gummy and tasted "funny."There were only 5 pieces of General Tso Chicken left on the warmer and like other dishes, this one was stale. It tasted fine but it was no longer crunchy. The waitress was asked for a new batch and it came out shortly. Keep in mind it was not refilled until it was asked (45 minutes, towards the end of the meal). The fried items were also old and not refilled for quite some time. Some items just looked sad.For about 20-25 minutes, the steamed rice container (not rice cooker) stayed almost empty.Wanted to end the meal with some sweets? Don't count on it, not many to choose from.Don't compromise the food quality for the distance (of the restaurant). There are several other buffets that may be better within 10 minutes away. The host and the waitress were friendly enough.

We were craving chinese food this evening and decided to go back a second time because the buffet the first time was pretty bare. They had nothing on the food bar. What they did have was cold food on the bar this second time as well. We really wanted to give this place another chance but, for the money they charge it's not worth it. Everything was old. Nothing fresh. Shrimp and fried foods had been sitting out and they had a huge ball of lo mein noodles just sifting out on a table in the back section of the restaurant to see that they pulled off the bar. They didnt have any issues with t gos at all. That's because you have alot of travelers that come through that are hungry and ready to eat anything. This is why I gave them 2 stars. I understand being short staffed but, with that being said that really does say alot about the huge red flag of getting food borne illnesses eating in their establishment

The restaurant and stuff itself are wonderful. I got there at 3 and there was a very small assortment but everything I ate was delicious.

This is my go-to place for lunch, being so close to my office. The owners/staff are fantastic - friendly, always upbeat and positive. They have learned my preferences and now and just wave as I walk in, and my drink and table setting are ready. When the food is fresh, it's great. Good selection. Like any buffet, if you come at an off time, the food is meh. Lunch time is definitely best. The price has steadily creeped up over the past 2 years, with a new price increase just this month. $11.50 is a bit much for lunch, but for now, I'll pay it.
