This is the bottom of the pizza we ordered tonight. The waitress agreed that it was “overcooked”. When I told her it was burnt she said that’s how it comes out in a wood oven. She said they would make me a new one but we were going to a show and didn’t have time to wait. So she went back to the manager and he said he would give us a 10% discount!!! We ate the toppings only. The crust was inedible. When she came back with the check she was all happy that she was able to get us a 30% discount. The pizza never should’ve been served that way. And I found it interesting that they were willing to make a new pizza but not willing to give us that one at no charge. It was one of the worst pizzas I ever had and the customer service made it even worse!!!
I placed an online delivery order on Mozzarella's website tonight. I ordered spaghetti w/ meatsauce I called the restaurant after I had placed the order to request no cheese on the pasta, cause I am Allergic. The staff said they would tell the kitchen. Well when I git the rider it was full of cheese. I called the restaurant back and the manager said they would not do anything to replace it, or no refund. So I am out of the money for a meal I can not eat.Very unprofessional.
Mini date night. The waitress was super sweet and she checked on is just the right amount of times.The potato skins were very tasty, and we also had a small house speciality pizza and a chicken Florintini entree. Everything was well portioned and tasted delicious. We took 1/2 of everything home. The music was just a touch too loud, but otherwise it was a great dinner.
Omg this was by far the best pizza I’ve had since moving to Tennessee. All the ingredients tasted so fresh and the homemade parmesan cheese was the bomb! If you want a real pizza go here, also the staff is really friendly! Forgot to mention how badass the crust is!
Such good food and the servers are so nice.The alfredo sauce is something else- super tasty but not overly rich and filling. If you do dessert, please get the fried cheesecake. Did both dine in and take out and will definitely keep this as my Italian go-to. The gem of Hermitage that's for sure.
Customer service was ok food was pretty good honestly the highlight of the meal was the bread and sweet tea
Aaaaah. Delicious!! We call in for take home pizza all the time - especially for laid back movie nights or a quick dinner option. And when we go pick it up, the ambiance of the restaurant makes me wish we would stay and eat! Thankful for the friendly staff and their pizza ALWAAAAYS tasting so perfectly.I’m excited to dine in next time!!
Tried some appetizers, pizza, and pasta at different visits. I am not crazy about the appetizers. wings and calamari tasted ordinary. Pizza and pasta however is great. I think their pizza is best around.
