It was a great experience overall. Very sad they didnât have Key Lime pie since it was the dessert that I was craving. All the other food was fantastic and service
We had a show at TPAC at 7:30pm. Our reservations were at 5:30pm. Our food took so long to come out we had to inhale our dinner to get to our seats before the show started. We also order 2 deserts with our food and they did not come out before we had to leave, but we still paid for them. Worst experience I have ever had at Morton's. Also, We ordered a tomahawk and the bone was huge, but the meat on the bone was less than 3/4" thick. I have eaten tomahawks all over town and the meat at a minimum is 1-1/2" thick. Very disappointing.
Show at TPAC and dinner at Morton's. Food and staff were wonderful!
Excellent as always and the service was stellar! Thank you for a great birthday dinner.
The service from our waitstaff was perfect. They were out a few items and the GM came and talked to us a few times about it. Could not ask for a better dinner experience.
I was expecting Mortonâs to be a special place; however, the service was highly delayed (45 minutes before we were able to place our order), several food items were unavailable after we placed our order (appetizers and main menu) and we were not told until the food âcame out.â Lastly, our partyâs food came out separately rather than all together, which is unusual for a high-end establishment. Understandably, staff and food shortages could have played a critical role here; however, due to these factors, it is unlikely I will be back to any Mortonâs in the future.
Steaks great, other food isnât worth the price. Staff were great.
nice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It was a good experience for a birthday celebration. BUT, three of us ordered the Waygu vs a standard filet mignon. And all three of us felt we got the filet - we are seasoned meatatarians, and only after we went back to the condo to continue with gift opening did we share with one another that although the filet was very very good, it was NOT melt-in-your-mouth waygu, but no one wanted to spoil the mood at the table. Too late to complain but I HIGHLY recommend if youâre going to pay the $15 plus premium for Waygu that you make sure you get it - BUYERS REMORSE.
Everything was excellent!
