This mojo ice cream visited our hospital and the man serving the ice cream was very rude and mean and i found a big long peice of this hair in my ice cream. I work at the hospital and its very hard and tiring work and getting ice cream was kind of a treat but the man with the long pony tail just ruined me and my other friends day all together. I have nothing nice to say about you guys. At all. Rude and nasty all the way around. I dont recomend nobody doing business with yall
Horrible customer service and extremely snarky and rude. I had to cancel working with this vendor because they were very unprofessional and were not accommodating at all! Didn’t even know the date we had scheduled for.
This is the best ice cream I have ever had! The guy that served us was amazing really nice and cool guy outstanding service and amazing ice cream 10 out of 10 recommended!
We used Mojo for two of our apartment communities to provide treats to our residents. They were super easy to work with and everyone thought they were so delicious!
I just want to say that I never had or will have one of their "famous" ice cream sandwiches. My company asked me to look into booking an ice cream truck for National Food Truck Day. Mojo's was one that I contacted via email. Brooke was very prompt in responding and we did play a little phone tag. When I finally did get to speak with him, he was extremely rude and argumentative. I tried to make light of the fact that I over quoted my per person cost. He accused me of looking for a deal without taking into consideration that I might have a budget that I needed to work with. Also when I mentioned the date, he asked if there was any flexibility to possibly changing it.I told him no and he told me they were already booked. I thanked him for his time and hung up. It didn't end there. He proceeded to send me another email saying that they are the #1 dessert ice cream truck in the city and that they might be able to work on the price a little. I am not responding to anymore inquiries from them. Worst Customer Service Experience Ever!

I wish you didn't even have to give a star. The man working this truck when it came to my work a few weeks ago was absolutely terrible! He showed up an hour & a half late and mentioned to us employees every time one of us went out there to order that we need to "hurry up and order because he's tired and wants to go home". Also, the ice cream he used was great value brand and had zero flavor. The cookies were hard as a rock too. I ended up throwing my $10 icecream sandwich in the trash. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this truck!!

The guy in the food truck is absolutely awful. I would give this place 0 stars if possible. He showed up late and then left early. How do you expect to get business when your work ethic is so poor? I do not recommend this place to park anywhere. 0/10 terrible/rude service.
