After finding this place tucked away, I can only imagine that its non-descript appearance is what is preventing this place from being overrun with customers. The food here is unique, flavorful, and they give you a lot of it! I had the lunch special which includes a meat dish, rice, beans, and salad and I had to take it home cause I was so full. Plus, this restaurant had a number of guests of Latin American background, so you know it was legit! 8/10, would recommend
Service was good, food had good flavor however I had Mofongo carne frita.The meat portion 7 pieces Wich 3 we're fat.you guys have to get the portion right.
Had a great experience here. The staff is very friendly and has folks feeling at home. The food is delicious and the fresh juices are phenomenal. Will definitely be coming back!
Honestly, this spot had a lot more hype than the experience that my friend and I had. The food was just okay. I went in with such high expectations however was a little let down by the overall flavors. Don't get me wrong, the food is good, but it's not food that I will go out of my way to rave about. Hence, the 3 stars. I wouldn't really go back on my own accord.

After mulling over my experience, I can only give it an average 3-star rating. The food is fine but nothing to rave about like people here say.This was a Saturday around lunchtime when we came here. The food looked promising from behind the glass, but once served, it wasn’t anything spectacular. Food was pretty lukewarm as if it had been sitting out for a few hours.The beef itself was hit or miss - some pieces were tender, others were tough as rocks.The rice and beans were very average.Empanadas were not bad.I would maybe give this place another shot in the future to see if this was just a one-off bad experience.
