Outstanding as always. The Chick Fila of BBQ. Excellent food, excellent customer service, clean restaurant. Top of the line.

BBQ was wonderful. Great Value for the amount of food. The food was hot and was delicious. Danny who gave me a wonderful gift for being a Veteran was wonderful. So Friendly, professional and she made you felt like you were friends for ever. It is over whelming to see all the memorabilia on the walls.

Hubby found this place by accident when searching for BBQ for our lunch stop in Nashville while on our way to Gatlinburg. This location is across the street from the Grand Ole Opry house - bonus! We are from Texas and know a thing or two about good BBQ, albeit it's typically beef. At Mission, pulled pork is the star!I ordered the pulled pork sammie with slaw, husband ordered the same. Teens chose beef brisket sliders, brisket sammie and another opted for pork.Awesome selection of various sauce choices at the table. We loved the variety!Veterans receive a free dessert, so we rounded out our meal with a giant brownie and some chocolate pudding. The decor is lively and honors military and police. From the cashier to the hospitality servers, all were friendly, attentive, and thanked my husband for his service. The bathrooms were super clean, which is always appreciated.Overall, a great place for lunch!

We stopped by Mission BBQ to grab some lunch as we passed through Nashville. We are very glad we did!The place is decorated with military and first responder paraphernalia. As a Veteran, I really appreciate the fact that some are still willing to show support. The food was amazing. Some of the best BBQ this Texan has ever eaten. If you are ever in Nashville, do not miss this hidden gem!

Great atmosphere and excellent food. Definitely different than most BBQ restaurants in that you order at at a counter and don't have a waiter/waitress (more like fast food service). Some of the best BBQ and sides that I have had anywhere. The most tender and flavorful baby back ribs of any BBQ restaurant I have visited so far!

Absolutely phenomenal!!! The food was melt in your mouth amazing!!! The service was spectacular and went above and beyond to take care of us. This place is a must stop at!!!! Also, check out the story of this company, it's a beautiful one!!

We were a little concerned as we drove up and it was attached to the Opry Mills Mall, but it did not disappoint. The decor beautifully paid tribute to veterans and first responders. Several of us got the “flavorful” sliced brisket, and it was tasty and memorable. One of us got the “Juicy Lucy” cheeseburger. It is a burger where some of the cheese is inside. She enjoyed it very much. We had chopped brisket, pulled pork, and chicken. Everyone loved their meal. The potato salad was a tangy bite, and the southern mac-and-cheese reminded me of mine. This gang from Texas approves of your barbecue. Good job, Y’all!!

Waiting for our tour around the Grand Old’ Opry nearby, my wife and I took a short walk for food after a long drive from Gatlinburg and decided to try this place and were both glad we did. Super relaxed, super friendly staff and amazing BBQ food. Generous portions (as you’d expect) and great, smoky taste - quickly prepared and served. Stop in and fill up!

Excellent service! Big portions. Pulled pork was delicious ? Pam came around the tell the story behind the mission. I encourage all vets to visit a nearby location and bring some patches and memorabilia.

We love going to mission BBQ, but this last visit, we had horrible experience. Our sandwiches barely had any meat on them, our sides were cold, when I went to the counter they completely forgot one of our sandwiches they said it wasn't on the ticket. I had to show my receipt showing I paid for the sandwich. Overall bad experience. For the 70.00 price we paid the food we had was not worth it. Don't know if we will ever go back or not.
