Ice cream is fabulous and the service was even better!

It was absolutely horrible!!! The service was very rude! They obviously was mad they had customers. They was constantly sighing didn’t even asked us what we wanted. They were on their phones the entire time. I understand having your phone at work and being on it occasionally but when you have customers I’m sorry that’s just rude. We also got ice cream that was supposed to have hot fudge it was just chocolate syrup though so that was also disappointing. I honestly could have saved money just making it at home. They have a sign saying leave us a five star review and you get a free ice cream scoop. So I can only guess that’s how they have all the good posts. It’s either that or service is crap at night apparently. We will never come back!

The employee’s here are so nice!! Excellent service and wonderful ice cream. Lily was so helpful and kind! There are so many topping choices here it’s incredible! :)

What a great place to get some ice cream or a coffee! Loved the variety of flavors available. You can get your ice cream in a cup, cones, as a shake or with toppings.A variety of coffee are also offered.The girls working were so friendly and personable... thank you for the great service!
My family and I visited this place due to the good reviews but be warned this company advertises free ice cream when you show them you've posted a good review on line!!! My wife ordered a milkshake and they put so much milk in it that you couldn't even taste the flavor of ice cream. They didn't even offer to refund our money when she gave it back to them. I won't go there again!
This place advertises home made ice cream. What a joke when it comes to that. All the ice cream was not home made. It was home made by good ole Mayfield Ice Cream company. I like Mayfield ice cream, it’s okay, but Mimi’s is not home made. DON’T SAY THAT IT IS HOME MADE. False advertising. Just in it to make a buck.
My boyfriend and I came from out of state to celebrate the new year, and we could not have been more pleased with Mimi’s! Right across from our hotel (and from the beautiful Opryland Resort), we actually went two nights in a row to have a tasty treat. They have delicious homemade flavors and definitely give you your money’s worth! We tried a few different kinds on our excursions as both scoops and as shakes, and all varieties were amazing! Mimi’s is a great way to end your evening and we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in TN!
