I like to travel and try good food. And I have never encountered such a very rude counter attendant. She got my order wrong. So, she threw the ice cream aggressively and whispered to her co-attendant that I'm stupid. It's such a shame for a good establishment to have an employee with that kind of attitude.

While visiting downtown Nashville, our after dinner ice cream at Mike’s Ice Cream was a delight. So glad we read Mike’s Ice Cream rave reviews. Mike’s is true Premium Ice Cream. Nice variety of flavors. We had Black Cherry & Praline Cream both scored highly for creaminess & rich flavor. We look forward to visiting again next time we’re in Nashville.

Been coming here since we moved to Nashville. Love it so much, ice cream is too notch and the prices aren't bad at all. They don't skimp on portions and have an abundance of flavors. Would give it a 10 if I could.
We stopped here for coffee and ice cream after supper. The two workers were extremely friendly and helpful, giving us samples to help make our decision. The ice cream was smooth and flavorful and the coffee was the perfect accompaniment. This is the best place we have found in Nashville for ice cream. And the waffle cones are top-notch! We will be back to try more!
BEST ice cream place I have EVER been to and I have been to a LOT (all over the US). I chose superhero & chocolate chip cookie dough and it was the best decision. The texture was the perfect "creamy" texture and it melted in my mouth. It was so soft and "the flavors were melting on my tongue!" I finished every bit of it and I was telling all of my friends how I keep thinking about the moment I chose it and was eating it. Also, the employees were very friendly! 100/10 would come back!

It was bland. Based a couple of reviews, they stated you get huge scoops. Not so. No flavor. I had Tennessee Fudge and Coffee. My husband had banana and nutter butter. He said it was okay. I mean no flavor, like watered down ice milk. I did not taste no coffee or fudge. Too pricey for flavorless "ice cream ". We should've went to a convenience or grocery store to get Homemade brand ice cream.
