This place was great. Me and my daughter went today as soom as they opened at 5. The service was friendly and nice. My daughter who is 7 - avoids vegetables, but she ate them today with out me asking. I got the lobster, steak, filet, shrimp, and scallops. My daughter got the steak and scallops. The steakhouse Chef was amazing. He was very friendly, funny, and his food was delicous. Definitely reccomend. The only thing I would nit pick about waa that the coke was hot. They served it with ice though so it waa allright. Overall great experience and my daughter had an amazing time.
Great place to take your family especially if you have kids. Food is always amazing and the chefs always make it entertaining with the onion Volcano, saying funny things, flipping rice shrimp etc into peoples mouth. It's worth every penny and I have been going for many years and will always go back??. And if you leave there hungry that is your own fault there is so much to eat.
Unless you're with a large party, you'll be escorted to the bar to wait for a "table." Relax and have a drink while you wait. Once seated at your table, your order is taken so the chef can come prepared. Miso soup is served, along with a salad. Then the chef arrives and the "show" begins (kids particularly enjoy the show). Food was cooked to perfection ... first the rice, veggies, and then the protein. And as quickly as the chef arrived, he departs.
I freaking love Bruce! I think that was my cook name! Lol however the experience was amazing. The wait was extremely long! A hour and 30 minutes wait. The freaking drinks are amazing and definitely get you to the point you’re looking for! We are now making this our go to place every once to twice a month. Even if it just at the bar!! Love this place! Definitely going to make reservations next time!
Everything was great except for the wait. We went on a Sunday at 5:30 PM. We waited a really long time to be seated in the lounge about an hour and also about 25 minutes at the table before water, soup, and salad was brought out then about 10 minutes after that for the chef. The bartender was fantastic and the drinks are STRONG we were both extremely tipsy after 2 drinks, highly recommend the Mikado special and blue Hawaiian as a cocktail. The chef wasn’t too entertaining but got the job done. The food was really good and huge portions - multiple days of leftovers. I enjoyed all the flavors. I preferred the chicken over the steak - the steak was quite chewy. The “MP” prices on the menu are $59 and $69.
Was very happy with the food but had to take half of it home and ate it the next day. The Chef did a great job entertaining us.
Food was excellent!! Watching your personal chef prepare your food right in front of you in a magical, mystical way, priceless!! Carryout box was as full as I was and leftovers were also delicious! WOW!!Not inexpensive, so not an everyday meal, but worth every penny! Can't wait for my next opportunity to experience perfection ?? ???
Bruce was a great Grillside Entertainer, great for kids ! I think he retired though... maybe I'm wrong. Last weekend it was a 2 hour wait when we rolled in there. Their food is just That good. You won't be disappointed !
Was very disappointed in the taste of the food. I was also annoyed that I got more vegetables that were a side than anything else. All the meat/seafood tasted the same which defeated the purpose of getting three different types.
We just had dinner there tonight with 12 quests. Chicken was horrible. No entertainment by the cook. Acted like he didn’t care. Waited an hour after we were seated before our food was served. Came to dinner to celebrate a birthday and nothing was said or donefor the honoree. Also no spumoni was served to us. Have been going there for over 20 years and the worst experience I have ever had. Very disappointed It will be a long time before I try it again.
