Not A Critic Just A Customer!6/3/22Great location, store front, alotted parking spaces available with easy access, additional side street parking available as well, I ordered the Meatlover's pizza, fresh out the oven, great flavor, enjoyed it, however we were told we could not Dine In, I can understand that but at the same time I thought it was strange, there was no signage on the door to inform customers that the dining room wasn't open (not sure why)or that it was only Takeour/Pickup, I'm guessing a Saturday schedule, not sure, I also ordered a salad from the menu, he said that it wasn't available , again I'm guessing because it was Saturday, This was my first experience at Michaelangelo's Pizza and it was because someone referred me to try them, also I traveled specifically to dine there so although the pizza was pretty enjoyable maybe visiting on a different day the experience will be just as enjoyable! Tip: Give your customers a heads up so they'll know what to expect, if there are any changes.
The food was delicious. It only took a few minutes to get our food. I had the club sub with mozerrella sticks. My son had the Supreme calizone and he loved it. I have never had a bad experience at any Michaelangelos and this place was the same way. I would recommend them to everyone. It is always just like you had before at any of their locations.

Terrible customer service. Refused to let a doordash driver use restroom stating it was for customers only. Very rude when I go to pick up. However their attitude was totally different towards a lighter complexion customer
Sauce is IMPECCABLE! So much cheese , flavor is on point !! This is just like the pizza I had when my husband took me to New York ! Will be coming back again very soon!
I work a block down from here and order from them pretty regularly. They are typically pleasant except for a few times when I’ve scheduled to have my food picked up. I try my best to time it to when my lunch break is supposed to be, but I do not control when that is. I had scheduled it to be ready between 3 and 3:30 and I wasn’t able to take my lunch until 4, and the guy working, who may be the owner, gave me a major attitude because I was late picking the food up. The meal was already paid for so I don’t see what the big deal is. I enjoy eating here on my lunch breaks but won’t be returning if I’m made to feel uncomfortable about picking my food up late, especially if they already have my money.
STAY AWAY. GO ELSEWHERE!This place is definitely the WORST pizza shop ever. No flavor food, bad customer service, dirty restaurant.Ordered pizza, 2 different flavor wings, Greek salad and drinksPizza: NO FLAVOR, BLAND. I had to load my slice with parmesan cheese and pepper flakes. Little Ceasers pizza has more flavor.Chicken Wings: they were fried to good crispness. However, The flavored sauce was JUST DRIZZLED on the wings. Not enough sauce to really taste the flavor.Greek salad.No effort was really put on making this salad. Stuff just came out of a bag and dumped in a plastic container. Again meat had no flavor.Service: WORST SERVICE. The workers acted as if we were inconveniencing them. Guy's tone was horrible when I asked questions. After we received our food and commenced to eat he sat in one the booths and just browsed on his phone... The whole time we were there... Creepy.Restaurant: DIRTY! This place is dirty. Under the tables legs you could tell it hasn't been swept in a while. Layers of dust on appliances. The upstairs,where the bathrooms are, is used as a storage for pizza boxes, is dirty. I didn't know how bad it was until I went upstairs to use the restroom.I can deal with an old building, but a DIRTY/DUSTY restaurant is just plain lazy.It's not like the workers didn't have time to clean. It wasn't busy at all. Only one person came in while we were there.I WILL NEVER RETURN!I DO NOT RECOMMEND!worst $110.00 I have spentIf I could give this place a negative review I would. I don't know how people are giving this establishment positive reviews.
Came in from out of town and decided to try their pizza. Absolutely LOVED it and came back tonight. He is hustling to get our order done in a timely manner, and was sincere about asking if everything is alright with the order. When you get a chance, try this place out! You won't be disappointed!!
Not worth the money for this XL Supreme pizza. You'd think they would at least make the crust a little thicker if they're gonna skimp on toppings...especiallysince I didn't order a thin crust style... The only good part about this pizza is that it got here fast.
For about five years now I have ordered from this place when I am in the area. I live 30 miles away so it's a treat. Prior to this trip, it was amazing... reminded me of good East Coast pizza. My favorite pizza in the world is shrimp pizza. I found out today that they offer shrimp as a topping. I ordered and couldn't wait to get home. It was rush hour so it likely took double time. Imagine my disgust when I opened my box and found a burned up cheese pizza with WAY too much sauce, NO EXTRA CHEESE like I ordered and the shrimp tossed on top after the pizza was cooked like they were a garnishment. ?????
