Service was a little off from past experiences. Very kind and courteous but lacking menu knowledge and bar knowledge.

My wifeâs salad first was improperly prepared as she told the waitress sheâs on a vegan diet. The salad came out with salmon and cheese. There My prime rib was fair rating 7 out of 10. It was tough and a little over done. My dessert of peach cobbler with pecan ice cream was superb but at $11 it was over priced.
Meats are expensive
We had an early dinner here before going to a show at the Ryman. We were seated shortly before our reservation time. The food was very good, and our server was very attentive. The decor could use a little refresh, but I would definitely dine here again.
We enjoyed Merchants. Quality of food was excellent. Nice ambiance and I loved the China/ plates with the Merchant logo. Like a piece of nostalgia. Do not see that touch anymore on restaurants.
Our server Rachel, was amazing and helped guide us through the menu. The food was INCREDIBLE. Weâll be back for anniversary this August. ð

The drinks were spot on and the food was amazing. My only note is that the tater tots are the size of an entree. Itâs not a complaint, but just a heads up to maybe not order another starter unless you have a group.
