They open at 5am, but several times, they don't have anyone answering the drive through. Cars line up around the building. When you give up and drive around to leave, you can see employees just sitting around.
I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN! YOU SHOULD BE A SHAME TO EVEN HAVE THE RESTURANT OPEN! BURNT OLD FOOD. AND I HAVE REPORT THIS RESTAURANT TO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT.
I frequent this location’s drive-thru. During the week, they’re usually pretty good. (Before the pandemic, it was the best food and service I’ve ever gotten at McDonald’s.) But don’t go there late at night or on the weekends - they’re extremely slow, get orders wrong, and the food is subpar.
If you want to be late for work in the morning..this is the place to be...even after leaving the house 30 minutes or more early..if it's opening late...long wait for service via drive through this place will find the time to waste yours...if you want to get cheated...order a medium fry and rest assured you will get a small in a medium box.... ask for condiments at the speaker...no problem....until you reach your destination only to find they aren't in there....this McDonald's is super slow...they pay no attention to detail, and they don't mind wasting your time....and omgsh 3 times out of 4 I am lucky enough to get hot coffee the way I asked.....I now drive out of my way to another McDonald's so I can get what I asked for and what I paid for in a reasonable amount of time...thus McDonald's is truly a joke
It's McDonald's, what else can I really say. Most of the time you go there it's like an act of Congress to get anyone working on the inside to take your order, you have to go through the drive thru to do that. And there is no more$1 menu even though the price on the menu still says $1. I ordered a Large sweet tea and the total was $1.19 now when I took a math anything that was $1 and with the taxes in TN the total would be $1.10 not $1.19! Get your prices right McDonald's, or honor the prices on the menu.
I'm actually standing outside of this facility as I am writing this post. Due to me not having a car and they just told me that I could not walk through the drive thru. I am assuming that they are refusing me service. Even though I have money and have not gad anything to eat all day. I will not ever eat or give this establishment another dime of my money .
if I could put a zero star review I would 9am on weekday store closed drive Tru only and they advertised bus friendly what a joke bus stops at this McDonald's just to be turn away dine room open not! doors locked call restaurant no one pick up the phone as they see us calling the store like laughing in our face how can any franchise store be like this turning away money busses bring lot money how you suppose to drive a big bus in drive tru.....horrible store find other restaurants to eat at folks....
Waited in drive thru to order a single mocha frappe, paid, and then was advised to park as my order (of one drink) was going to be another minute.Parked for 12 MINUTES only to have someone come our and tell me the machine was broken and if I would like something else.No, I would like my money back.I've now been waiting 10 minutes for my money back.
Watch every step! Drivethrough & ordered 2 fish cooked fresh, no fries. They kept trying to charge me for fries, and instead of "cooked to order" he kept putting "well done". I said no; I don't want it just thrown back in the fryer, I would like it fresh please. When the gal brought the order to car she had 2 sacks and kind of threw a little sack in the window (it had fries in it), I said NO, I paid for 2 fish! So then she throws me the other sack with the fish in it, asks for the fries back (which I gladly gave her) and struts off towards her car. I paid with exact cash also bc the guy taking my order kept trying to charge me for fries I didn't order. Look at the window carefully when ordering, and check your order and bill at this location! Better yet, DON'T go there!
I always do curbside pick up using the app. It seems every time I do breakfast they forget something. This morning got a big breakfast no pancakes Breakfast burrito and a gravy and biscuit I get home to find I have syrup for pancakes but no hash brown, the hash brown is my favorite part of the breakfast who wants to drive all the way back there to get a hash brown and your breakfast get cold what is so hard about getting a breakfast together? I checked it but the lady didn’t wait for me to look at it so it would not have mattered if I had noticed it because she was gone and I was in my night clothes so I wasn’t going in. No one ever answers the phone either. I am done with McDonald’s to expensive I will do Hardees next Sunday.
