Avocado Bomb use to be my favorite. It’s almost as if the explosion of flavor has just disappeared. The display also was better . But enjoyable environment. Nice staff .

Not only was the food excellent, but so was the service. The staff was so understanding when I asked then to if the music could be turned down a little when the noise was over stimulating my son. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

Finally a fantastic sushi joint. Strongly recommend the wild cow roll, Albacore Special, and the The Pirates Treasure ?Service was amazing even though we came in an hour before closing.

Omg love this place, my new favorite!Love that is pet friendly, I am shellfish allergic and they have great variety that I can choose from.

Location is cute and clean. I liked that the sushi rolls didn’t have too much rice (an overwhelming amount of fried options for my taste but did find some fresh options I enjoyed). Their sake list was lacking when it came to dry options but there were plenty of nigori and flavored options. If I return, I won’t be sitting at the sushi bar. Staring at three huge Saran Wrap boxes was less than enticing (it was at opening time so hopefully this isn’t the norm). Service was quick and friendly.

I try not to give Google reviews on restaurants because I'm the kind of person who will give Bourbon Steak and Husk 3 stars. I grew up in Europe and Asia and Nashville has one of the most lackluster food scenes I've ever seen. I was pleasantly surprised when I dropped in for a spontaneous lunch here, I hoped to find cold soba but they didn't have it so I got Chirashi and mochi icecream. Personally am not a California roll person and my palate is not American so I can't comment on the rolls but the Chirashi was wonderful, fresh and the crab meat salad that came with it wasn't too over the top like I find in other American Japanese restaurants and with the seaweed salad, gave a diverse texture profile to the whole dish. The sushi rice was well done also. Sushi rice is quite the art with temperature gauging and when and how much vinegar to add. the mochi icecream not too sweet. I asked to not have the chocolate sauce. I would definitely come here again.

Amazing food and presentation

I order Tempura Udon. If you are look for authentic, this is NOT the place. They put bell pepper in the soup and cabbage. You could taste the broth all you taste was bell peppers and cabbage! Only thing right about the soup was the noodles.

I eat a lotta raw fish in a lotta towns. Holy hand grenade! The avocado bomb is spooky tasty. The roll with the strawberry’s is one of the best rolls I’ve had in my life. Everything was way beyond what I was expecting. Even down to the seaweed paper things were wrapped in. It had a crunch that was unlike anything i have ever had.

Food was very tasty. Sushi was great. Definitely recommend.
