Definitely will be back! We had reseat 1pm but we arrived early and they were able to seat us, the unfortunate thing was I was ding for the seafood and did not know they do brunch until 4pm so that was disappointing but soon forgotten when I ate!I got the catfish sandwich with fries and my husband got the blueberry waffle with bacon and eggs. This was the best catfish sandwich I’ve ever had! So delicious. My husband said his food was a hit as well. We didn’t order drinks because we were leaving town afterwards but I’m sure that would have been good too.The staff was friendly and helpful, I will definitely be back to try their dinner.

My friends were really looking forward to going to brunch at marsh house since we went last year and we all came in from Ohio and Chicago. however we had a horrific experience with our waiter. he rolled his eyes at us multiple times and seemed so annoyed that we were there. we did not get our drinks until the end of our brunch even though all we ordered was beer and wine. I felt very offended when he rolled his eyes at our party and treated us poorly. We love this food but will not be dining here again due to terrible service.

Came to the Marsh House for our anniversary dinner. My husband and I ordered the fried green tomatoes for our appetizer, I had the seared scallops and he had the fried chicken for the main course, and we shared the Tennessee whiskey cake for dessert. Everything was just ok. My favorite dish was the fried green tomatoes with the chili bacon jam. They were well cooked, but I wouldn't say they were particularly memorable. The whiskey cake was fine, however the tuile on top was rather thick and more hard than delicate or crispy, so much so that it flattened the cake underneath as you tried to break through it. Unfortunately my husband's chicken was extremely overcooked and quite dry and the side of potatoes were oily. Overall each dish was beautifully presented, but this was definitely a case of style over substance. The flavor and execution just wasn't really there. At this price point I definitely expect a more refined product and have had much better at other establishments in Nashville and elsewhere.

Reservation process made it seem more upscale than it was. Had to put a card on file and was explained that we would be charged $20 per person that did not show up for reservation. Cool... so I reserved for Father's Day because I knew it would be a busy day and wanted to treat my guys (Dad, Grandfather, Uncle) to a nice dinner. The OpenTable app shows you the dinner menu and it looked fantastic and suited everyone's taste!! To our surprise, when we arrived on Sunday ONLY brunch was being served during our reserved time. I asked if we could also order from the dinner menu- but that was not an option. Brunch was not best suited for my group- but we made the best of it. Our server was underwhelming for such a "classy" place. I was hoping to make this an "experience" for the dad's and it was again- underwhelming. We had a party of 7 and everyone's food came out at the same time (except mine). I waited for about 6 minutes before my server even came back to check and make sure everything came out okay and apparently my Steak and Eggs was just sitting in the back (of course overdone by the time I got it) but I ate it and moved on. I still want to go back and try the dinner menu because I'm a foodie... but it did not give what it was supposed to give and I was disappointed that I recommended it for a special family day.

We had a wonderful Father’s Day Brunch! The service, food and ambiance were impeccable

The service was the best we've had in Nashville - we love Faith! Had a long fun dinner and everything we ate was delicious, as were the drinks.

I love this place! It is very pricey but the seafood is fresh! Love the oysters and the shrimp toast is a must!!! I got the gnocchi and it was great! My only complaint is they didn’t give me enough of it!

We came for a friends birthday after a successful and pleasant visit the month prior. We came for the oyster happy hour experience. We initially ordered 36 and thoroughly enjoyed. As the time for the happy hour special neared an end our waitress was no where in sight. This was about 10/15 minutes. When she finally arrived back to our table, around 7:08 and we ask about an additional 2 dozen oysters, she then informs us that the special is now over and she could bring over the Oyster cards. As a hospitality and service expert, with travels around the world my concern and disappointment is twofold. As a server your responsibility is attentiveness and awareness. As we’re enjoying each other and our experience, and you note there is a special ending (we noted we only came on for oysters before dinner) it would only be in good service to check on your birthday table to see if they would like anything else, drinks included. With lack of attentiveness, making up for a potentially overbooked section would have been accommodating on top of an out of town dining experience. Still topping a 20% gratuity, it was not reflective of this instance. Quite honestly, it left a bad experience and taste in my mouth. I had a marvelous experience last month at the bar. The bartender and bar manager - Faith were amazing. The level of service and care, impeccable.

Wedding anniversary. Delicious food and friendly people. So good we dined there on two successive nights and we rarely do that.

Trying to find a place for brunch without a reservation on Memorial Day Sunday was a task. We were lucky to hit it right and get a table in about 15 minutes on the patio. Service was a bit slow, but not out of the ordinary for where we are in 2022. Food came out in a timely manner, and all 4 of us felt our food was excellent - Waffles, Cinnamon roll, egg sandwich, all were excellent.
