terrible experience! Watress was awesome!!! kitchen/management meh. After ordering, having a drink and waiting an hour,,,,, 2 of our 3 entrees came out and we were told they were out of third entree. While they offered something different I declined because of time wait. Waitress was super apologetic and sweet. While the manager on duty (6/14/22 5:30 P.M.) took the 2 meals off the bill I just think we should have been told MUCH earlier they were out of something, on a Tuesday night no less! whats a Saturday like? Worst experience at Margaritaville ever. Not going back to one anytime soon!
Joneele was such an amazing server and was so quick and outgoing. Couldn’t have asked for a better server!!
But of a mix feeling about this place, we walked in and we were shown by the host to a table which we were sat on our own in a separate part of the restaurant, yet were everyone else was sat there was about 10 free tables, we felt excluded and poorly treated. I asked someone else if we could move and without a problem we were moved and ordered the volcano nachos and the food was gorgeous. On our way out I even said bye to the host who completely ignored me, back to school manners required for her, but everyone else brilliant.
What a disappointment! I’ve been to Margaritaville in Nassau, Biloxi and Myrtle Beach and have never been disappointed, until Nashville. Poor service. The food was lacking and they forgot one entrée; by the time it came we had already decided to go elsewhere. Not one piece of shrimp or sausage in the Jambalaya… Basically a bowl of rice! The frozen fish tacos tasted of old grease. The crab cakes tastes like card board and were mushy. The artichoke dip was so salty that made it inedible. The bottled beer wasn’t even cold! I guess the other Margaritavilles are just better because they’re on a coast… Definitely would not recommend or return. I didn’t even get my key lime pie!

Really good experience. Table wasn't quite ready when we arrived, but they took a number and we had a drink at the bar. Had a text message when the table was ready. Server was brilliant and the food was really good - and well priced, particularly for the location. The only place it dropped stars was the upstairs bar - none of the draft beer was on and there was no wine.
Holy sandwich, pic doesn't do it justice. It does cost $$$ but you get a plate full. Also super friendly staff and family friendly (even for the very little ones)Live music wasn't too loud and tasteful!
We were walking by, looking for a place for lunch. This is not fine dining but I was surprised at how good the food was. Service was good and efficient too. There is a large bar in the center and an assortment of tables and booths as well. I recommend it.
Absolutely horrible. Don’t get caught in the hype. This was 2 hours of my life I will never get back!!! Horrible service, terrible entertainment, and wasted time watching an idiot think he was something special. STAY AWAY!
Nice service and drinks as advertised. Live music was OK but a bit loud for the time of day. Good views out the window to enjoy people watching in this busy part of town. Everything you would expect from a Margaritaville
