The marble being "turned off" 45-60 minutes before close and then charging us for the ice cream you made AFTER telling us you couldn't do mix-ins....because your marble is turned off? Doesnt help that the attitude of the staff isn't too good either. I've lived in Hendersonville for a pretty long time this is the worst service I've ever received at any ice cream place. I understand closing takes a while but mopping and turning off the marble seems a bit excessive.
Always closed an hour before actually closing time, makes getting ice cream late at night a sad trip. And employees are visibly angry at customers. This has happened multiple time over the past month. This is not what I would like to find in my favorite ice cream shop..
God I love this place! Big ice cream lover and their flavors are very delicious. They are about the only ice cream place in town that serves cotton candy year round. I usually go out of my way to stop by here. They even have the really soft cookies. And the establishment is always looking good very clean
I love Maggie Moo's! They have the best sugar cookies ever! Usually when I go I can get in and out in no time. The ice cream is amazing but I typically go for the cookies
Overcharged. My friend and I both ordered smalls, and I was then charged for regulars. Customer service wasn’t great. I’m assuming the young woman who rung me up was new because she just looked at us and shrugged when my friend asked about the Marble Slab app advertised in front of the register (we didn’t realize that Maggie Moo’s and MS are the same).
Such a cool place! They have preset designs for their cakes which is so cute, BUT we had a special request for a race car and they DELIVERED! AND it was done in less than an hour after we bought it! We bought a large cake but smaller cakes can be done in less than 15 minutes!!!
I go here when I’m in Nashville at the hospital. It’s a nice break. Always good.
