Staying at the Hyatt in Nashville for a convention. We were the first table seated in the entire restaurant. After 50 minutes of sitting there we were served food and never received drinks. Our Server tried to say the bartender was backed up and the drinks were coming out soon, but every single other table had been served drinks. 0/10 would not recommend. Managing staff and wait staff seem to not care about their jobs.

Rooftop bar was a great atmosphere. Great service and music!

Me and my sister were having a good afternoon celebrating my birthday. We have a good waiter William who was very attentive his shift ended at some point of the night. During our evening we asked our hostess if we can move to a sitting area instead of the table and she did move us. About 30 min later the manager Zack asked one of the waiters to tell us to leave our table because it was reserved. This was very rude as we were still eating and drinking and we were moved by the hostesses. We put a complaint an we have higher manager come talk to us. We asked for an apology as it felt very discriminatory. The manager Zack came laughing and his sorry was very untruthful and brushed off. The higher manager [MOD] Emanuel asked him to leave but then he proceeded to brush off our complaint and send a security person to kick us out of the bar. The entire experience was very hurtful and degrading.

Great views, staff, drinks and food! We will definitely be back. Very clean and staff are very attentive! Beautiful hotel and rooftop! I will be back soon! I LOVE THAT THEY VALIDATE PARKING AND ITS VALET! Its so convenient and easy!

Stunning rooftop views! The cocktails were strong and the apps were delish. The pimento cheese was amazing. The chimichurri crackers added so much flavor. Def recommend it!

My husband and I wanted to have a splendid time on Valentine's day, but unfortunately, our expectations were not met. For $400 we expected to get a variety of good food, insted we got cheap food in very small portions. The food menu was a complete rip off. They also charged a gratuity of $80 and taxed it on top of it, although at the end of the check it says "gratuity not included". For a desert option they had a chocolate mousse and a PLATE WITH CHEESE. Highly unrecommended!

Best views of the city.Professional and fast service.Large open space.

The rooftop bar/lounge, Lou/Na, may or may not be associated with the Grand Hyatt Hotel; however, sitting atop the establishment, I hold it to the same standards associated with the Grand Hyatt name. Or have those standards changed? For starters the space is showing fast wear and tear for a space barely a year old. The cleaning staff is not cleaning as they should - the point of putting a bar on the roof is the view, so you'd think the window frame and sills inside would be free of dust and drink glass rings.Unfortunately, I can only comment on 2 of the food menu items as the execution of our initial choices left me not wanting to extend further opportunities to at least meet my expectations. Risotto is a dish that if you can't do it properly, it shouldn't be attempted, and the risotto at Lou/Na on this night was hard and chewy which is the exact opposite of what a risotto should be.The 'cajun' fries were on the sweet side of the family versus the spicy and to be honest, for merely sprinkling some seasoning on fries after you put them in the bowl, I would just delete the cajun portion of the name and serve them as regular fries. Speaking of, someone is slacking on their duties because the ramekins went from ceramic to plastic in a very short period of time. The drinks were decent, although repeated orders were not garnished the same, or not at all, as they were an hour earlier.Women carry purses. Yes, even and especially, to the restroom; however, there is nowhere for them to put them once inside. I will add that in the lobby of the hotel, these hooks did exist. The outdoor deck heaters, that were on earlier in the daytime, suddenly were turned off once the temp and the sun went down.I do understand why I wasn't allowed to bring my wife's 50th birthday cake, that I had Uber'd over because we left it at home (Thank You Manuel for going above and beyond), into the establishment but, really!?If you like to be up high on a beautiful Nashville night, sure drop by. Hopefully, the standards and staff will be at the level expected of anything connected to the Grand Hyatt.

That atmosphere is great. And at night is the best.

Very pretty. Nice ambiance. Not much of a selection in food though
