Last year we stopped in food was 55 minutes and cold when I got it. Server was crying because she tried to get me taken care of. This year went sat down 14 minutes I was finally asked for a drink. Didn’t have what I wanted to asked for sweet tea. Got it 12 minutes later. Finally received a menu ordered 5 minutes later. 15 minutes I received the wrong steak Luke warm. But I was starving so I just ate it. Never got bill fixed but when food came service turn a 360 to awesome service as in refills etc
It’s beyond me how this place gets anything close to 2.5 starts. I’ve been going to this location for at least 12 years weekly, sometimes 2-3 times per week, until the past few years. It seems management has changed, service is bad, food is never as ordered and if you get a to go order you better double check it twice. I guess the policy has changed of showing it to you as they bag it. They finally started putting the labels back on the lid of the contents, but better check that too because that’s not necessarily what’s inside. Management is horrible, staff needs to be trained, and they’re somewhat rude when calling in. Corporate really needs to look at this place. People want to make $15-$20/hr working in a restaurant, but they can’t get a $100 dollar dinner correct. I would recommend another location
Great food! Service was awesome! We were a party of 12 and our server was awesome! He did his job very well! Our glasses were never empty.
Service was quick and friendly. We've never been to a longhorn steakhouse and we expected it to be like all other cheaper chains like it... But we thought it was great!! You get way more food than expected. My side salad was the size of a salad I would make for lunch. But everything was great and surprisingly well seasoned well too! We were happily surprised.
Food was very good. Three stars are for cleanliness. Walking in the door at the entrance, there is a dirty rug that can be easily cleaned. The tables wreaked of an old dishwasher smell. The restaurant closes at 11pm, (visited on a Saturday in April 2022). However, the food was a win. I ordered the shrimp from the appetizers and it was delicious and nicely prepared. I also had a sweet potato on the side with butter and cinnamon. Others ordered steaks, broccoli, etc. Took about 30 to 40 minutes to be served, but it could have been because we arrived around 9pm. And there was a larger group celebrating. If you can withstand the smell of old dish rags, then by all means go ahead and take a chance. I was hungry and all of the food downtown Nashville was double priced, so that's why we chose this restaurant. I probably won't return though.
Always great! We had the best waitress Ms. Heather who made my moms birthday so memorable. They do give cake+ ice cream for birthdays (my mom went to the bathroom when they came ? so they had to come back and it was still extra special) We ordered the buffalo chicken amd shrimp appetizers plus steak and lobster tails and chicken Parmesan. Lots of margs too which were delicious. They have daily specials on these as well.

Pork Chops were great! Nice restaurant! We were seated quickly, customer service was good despite the swift change in occupancy- they got slammed with people. Everyone in our party enjoyed this place!
Great service and dinner tonight. All of our steaks were cooked to correct temps and Fantasia was great server. The whole team was attentive. It was busy but great experience. Thank you
