I went with my aunt's an my 80 year old mom we were ready to have fun an enjoy life. When we arrived I asked the waiter nicely to give us a minute to look at menu the waiter got a attitude an did not come back for 30 minutes an was very rude so I asked up front for a different waiter an was asked to leave I have never been asked to leave a place so I left an went somewhere up the street that had better service an the people was more welcoming an polite only go to places that u would take family ?? otherwise don't go lessons learned today
I have been going to Las maracas for over ten years (The madison store) And never had any issues. I ate here at the east nashville location yesterday and spent 60 bucks on overcooked leathery meat. Our waiter spilled our entire bowl of hot cheese dip almost on our 3 year old son.The place wasn’t even that busy our waiter had 3 tables but my wife never got her drink refilled the entire time we was there even after asking. But they don’t mind charging you 3 bucks for that drink huh.Anyways this experience turned me off to las maracas and i don’t think i will ever be back. If we do it will never be to this location. The manager only said he understood when voiced with our concerns and just left it at that.
One time I ate here and my meal came out steaming but the meat was still cold. Other than that one time every other time has been good. It's pricey but you get what you pay for. Employee have great attitudes, are quick to get you the things and food you need, and always stay on top to make sure everything is good and to see if you need anything.
Great value and vegetarian options. The servers have always been nice to us. They have indoor and an outdoor patio. Nice quick option if you don't feel like cooking.
Great lunch spot. Probably the best Mexican food in that area of Gallatin Pike/ Dickerson Pike. Large menu. Tons of great options. Service is fast for lunch. Heated outdoor seating

This was my second visit. First time I sat outside on their heated patio. Service was fast and food was good. It is a standard Mexican‐American fare. All of the standards are on the menu. Food portions were large. Everything was served hot and at a decent price.
Good service and good food. The portions are very large. My 18 year old daughter and I shared a mixed grilled meat plate and we still had leftovers.
Okay food, decent service, nice atmosphere. A roach appeared on the wall halfway through dinner. Better choices on either side of Gallatin pike
