Got there at 6:45am. Waited at the counter for 5 minutes before the cashiers had to go in the back and get the employee that was supposed to be working at the Laredo Taco. The employee comes out and says they can't serve me anything because they can't ring it up.
I am very impressed by the Laredo taco company! They make the tortillas fresh as soon as you order them- they are definitely homemade and really delicious!There’s lots of options to choose from in making a yummy breakfast burrito, plus there’s queso to add on top which I always do because it’s fresh and adds some extra flavor to the burrito.
Out of tacos ???Edit. As in no tacos at any of your nashville locations, I've been to 3 of them. Won't be back.
Absolutely rude staff, asked for a breakfast item and they said they couldn't because they would have to cook more. Only after the manager told them to do it did they start to work on it but only after helping other people first. Horrible customer service.
Except they were out of shells for one of their tacos. Everything else I tried was simply delicious
They have a good selection of taco choices although it could use more vegetable options but they do a fair job of catering to all dietary choices. Prices are reasonable.
Eggs were overcooked sever was rude and did not want to be there
Horrible service I went to get a chicken taco and when I went to the front desk there were no employees in site. I waited for a little while and finally someone came out. I ordered a Chicken taco and the guy behind the counter started to make my taco and he said one moment please. I saw him go to a microwave and he put the freaking taco dough in the microwave to cook. He brought it out and started to put the chicken on the raw dough. I was like um sir that dough is raw, and he was like no it isnt I put it in the micro wave to cook. I was literally so frustrated and I'm thinking to myself, how dumb do you have to be to put raw taco dough into the microwave to cook. I mean come on. Eventually he took too long to actually cook it and I just left.
Showed up at 9:50am. Waited at counter to place order for 5 minutes without any acknowledgement from the staff. I finally asked someone if this is where I order and she said that it was but they are setting up for lunch. I said that their signs say they serve breakfast until 10:30 and she said that they don't make extra breakfast and that when they are out they make lunch. I honestly have a hard time believing that they sold on the of breakfast. Such a BS answer and a waste of time for us to drive their just to get turned away. If your sign says breakfast until 10:30 than you should be serving until 10:30. Not wasting my time here again.
The worst service. They are in the back at 7 am. Acted as if I put them out. Eggs were old. 1 slice of bacon. And charged me extra for that. I am working next dorr. Would have frequent the place. Not now. Shame on you.
