Every time I come in here no one is at the customer service desk some of us need that area to get money orders and what not I am highly disappointed
I came in and went to the service desk waited for 20 mins to be told that I could only buy tobacco products. the service desk guy don't come in until 1pm... why have a service desk if employees and managment are to lazy to serve customers
I have always been able to run in get exactly what I want and get out quickly...Well stocked.everything fresh. Variety of selections in all departments. And they carry organic.Check out station has plenty of room and easy scan for things like veggies and fruit...plus added bonus is their gas station right there on the property too..Drive thru pharmacy. And customer rewards...I'm happy with them and their diversity.
It's a great place to go if you love being asked for money every time you're getting gas or walking to your car!I really dislike this Kroger and don't like to come here, I would rather drive the extra mile to go to the one by Belle Meade, unless it is absolutely a matter of convenience. Store is not well stocked at all, often things are in disarray or out of place, and aisles are much smaller and cramped here.
This Kroger might be one of the worst in Nashville. The layout makes no sense for both the parking lot and the interior layout of the grocery isles making for unnecessary traffic. It’s very counter intuitive. The employees, particularly in the self check-out area, are slow moving and sometimes completely unaware of any alerts that a customer is in need of assistance. I’ve only come across one employee who is extremely helpful, friendly, and very aware of what’s going on around him. I don’t know his name, but he’s a young man with glasses and blonde hair. Thank you who ever you are. Another complaint that isn’t necessarily a dig at the store itself, but the people who shop there. Every time I’m there I always get so frustrated with so many slow moving shoppers who will often stop in the middle of heavily trafficked areas with no way for other shoppers to move around them. They’re so unaware and careless of the people around them and it’s very annoying. I never look forward going to this Kroger, but it’s the closest one to my neighborhood so I still go every week and leave feeling frustrated every time.*UPDATE: I’ve started going to the Belle Meade Kroger a little further down the road and I’ve found it to be worth driving a little further to get a better shopping experience and employees who seem to care more about their job.
I'm standing in line as I type these words. I'm counting 20 people waiting in 3 lines, and no one who works here seems to care. They are definitely understaffed, and based on the appearance of the store, I'm guessing this is common here. 10/10 won't be giving this location anymore of my money. **UPDATE, just got into a verbal argument with someone trying bypass the line. Definitely won't be back.

I love shopping at Kroger but this particular store doesn't seem to be well stocked. Can't find everything I need most of the timr
Employees either not wearing masks or wearing them incorrectly. Almost nothing available in the frozen aisles. Empty shelves.Don’t waste your time.
I am very disappointed in this Kroger location because Monday, February 15, 2021 my granddaughter walked a mile to pick up eggs and milk. She arrived at 4:46 PM and the doors were locked and she was refused entry because they were closing at 5:00 PM, I understand that they were closing early due to weather conditions but how hard would it have been to let her in, locked the door behind her and sent an employee to pick up the needed items and checked her out. In my day this would have been called GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have advised her to do her shopping at Walmart from now on.
