I receive outstanding customer service. The Kroger brands are good quality, affordable and delicious, especially the Private Selection whole wheat bread.

I will never shop at this store again. I generally go a few times a week late at night to get few things for my kids school lunch. I always use one of the smaller carts because I rarely get alot. Tonight I bought Dr pepper, pancake syrup, fruit gushers, cereal and a loaf of bread. I paid for all at the self checkout. Employees are unfriendly. Do not recommend visiting after dark. Better yet, avoid this location altogether and drive to another Kroger.

This store needs a complete overshaul from the parking lot to a good scribbling inside. Its dirty, carts dont half work, floors are nasty, shelves are messy and dusty. They did do a few changes in the past year, like add a sushi counter and carry Boars Head products - but that's a small band-aid to this store. The employees need to take more pride in themselves before they clock in. The manager needs to drive up to Long Hoolow and take a walk through a clean and spotless kroger or go to Publix and see how clean and efficient this store is. This Kroger doesnt have to be a super Kroger but it can be a clean and well managed Kroger with emoloyees that are helpful
