I love, love, love this Kroger. It is like the ultimate neighborhood grocery store. Although there is a shortage of workers everywhere in every business, this staff is exceptional, going above and beyond. They are always friendly!
Ordered deli meat online choosing their available pickup time. As I’m two minutes away from the store, I received a call from Kroger saying there was nobody working in the deli today, and my order was unavailable.

I placed an order to p/u. Took 5 days to “fill”. Arrived at scheduled time. Not ready. “Don’t know when it will. Might be today, probably not.” I asked with whom I could speak about timing. I understand you’re overwhelmed w situation. He didn’t know. I went home. Called manager of store. Waited 20 minutes. She couldn’t help. Told me to call Instacart manager in morning, that “he would make it right and compensate me for the inconvenience”. I called. He couldn’t help. Said he was sorry. Nothing else. I have been a Kroger customer for 40 years. This is absurd. Thank you for your time.
So check this out ..... I’m at Kroger shopping for things for my event this weekend . I decided to go to self checkout as I always do when the attendant named Rafael decides to start harassing me!!! Like I’m so serious I literally scanned 2 items and he runs to me super aggressive snatches the items out the bag yells in my face I didn’t scan my items. Now both items that were in my bags were clear as day on the screen all 2 of them. I asked “ sir is there a problem “? He yell
