Skip it. The chicken teriyaki was like eating pure hot sauce and runny. When I said it was inedible to the server she said oh and brought the check. $17 for two bits of something no one could eat. Go anywhere else.
First and last time at this place. As you see from the photos, everything is disgustingly dirty! There was even bugs on the cup! We were given some ice for the cola but had to sent back because it wa s so dirty and had some particles in the glass ? We ordered Thai food which was NOT Thai at all! Everything was so salty and inedible ? We ended up sending everything back! The restaurant in general was just dirty ?♀️?♀️?♀️
Today was my first time trying this place. We got the bento box. The miso soup was nasty. The fried rice was disgusting, the worst I've ever tasted. The rest of the food was just ok. Im highly disappointed in the price we paid for this food. Not to mention it was 2:55pm and lunch ends at 3 but we couldnt order from the lunch menu. The worst $50 I've ever wasted.
We ordered Soup, Chicken Spring Rolls, and Sushi Rolls. The Soup and Spring rolls were good. The sushi rice had a gelatinous consistency. On one roll the fish tasted rancid. When we let the staff know they became defensive instead of offering to solve the problem. I do not recommend and will not come here again.
I don't know about the Thai food but don't order the sushi. First time in my life I have sent back sushi because it was inedible. I also tried others at my table and found that all of them had gummy rice and overly fishy fish- a sign that its old. When I told the server that something was wrong she became defensive and said that they had been serving it all day and no one has complained. I was offered noodles or a new roll. At that point I declined because I was so grossed out- if you've ever had bad fish in your mouth you'll understand. I was stuck with $85 bill of food that I didn't even eat. Gross.
Ordered more than $50 worth of food for delivery and the family did not particularly care for the "Pho Dinner" that we ordered. I called and spoke to "Kathy" and told her we didn't particularly like the dish. I asked if we could bring it there and exchange for another item on the menu. She placed me on a brief hold. She returned and stated "that is the way we make it and we haven't had anyone complain today about it." I clarified with her that when a customer does not like a dish, they have no option to exchange for something else they like? She stated that was correct. I responded, "ma'am, you all are going to lose me as a customer then." She replied, "okay." I clarified with her that the policy is more valuable than keeping and customer and she replied "yes." Money over customer service seems to be your motto, Koi, and I am reading it loud and clear.
Delicious sushi and pho, bento boxes had good portions( I shared mine) attentive service, cozy atmosphere and overall just a really nice spot to enjoy really good food.
The service was great, the ahi tuna was disappointing. Should've stuck with sushi and fried rice. They have a really nice full bar, and the atmosphere is inviting.
Probably my favorite lunch spot. I work down the street from this location and end up coming at least once a week. Speedy service from wonderful, kind servers, great prices, huge portions and delicious food! I recently converted my coworkers. Our favorite dishes are the pad thai and the fried rice entrees. The bento box lunch is a great deal, too. Sushi has always tasted fresh.Can't recommend them highly enough!
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT GO HERE! They are super unorganized. We had like 5 people take our order and come check on us- so there was not one server- and for that reason they screwed up our order, and then ARGUED that with us. We ordered fried rice with one server, and then the rest of our food came, and we didn’t get our rice, we told them and a new lady put in the order for the rice because she said there was no order of rice put in. At the end we told them to cancel the rice because it took too long, and we didn’t want to wait anymore. When we got the check they charged for the rice, and when we said that we did not get the rice, they full on argued and went off on us. They said that they brought out our rice, but we did not get them. The servers were rude, and they were not willing to listen to us. So just do yourself one, and pick a different place for Thai or Sushi because the food wasn’t good either.
