My boyfriend and I were in town visiting from Buffalo NY and decided on our last night to go to a nice dinner to celebrate what a fun week we had in Nashville. When we walked in we were greeted by very friendly staff. When they asked if we had a reservation and we said no. They told us how long the wait was and we decided to stay because of how friendly they were despite us not having a reservation. We decided to sit in the bar area due to it being quicker and waiting for a table was a bit longer. It was very cozy and beautiful and there was plenty of room to enjoy our meal there. There is a small lounge we waited in until we were able to be seated and we were served drinks while we waited. A little while later we were seated at the bar. The bartender Peter was exceptional, very friendly, and polite. He made us feel welcomed and comfortable. He never let our drinks fall empty or even close to it. For an appetizer we had the popcorn buttered lobster. We each then had a 6oz Waygu filet with truffle butter and we shared a side of the charred broccoli. It was absolutely delicious and probably the best meal we have ever had. We will definitely visit again when we are back in town. 5 star food and service!
Outstanding Service!!! From the time we walked into the building, we were treated as if we were the only customers. We started with the popcorn lobster….unique combination & salty. Moved on with a Caesar salad which we shared (4 people). We all selected the Wagyu filet with the truffle butter. So tender, cooked to perfection & great flavor. Our sides were the au gratin potatoes, crème brûlée corn & roasted cauliflower. The potatoes & corn were great but not a fan of the cauliflower…..too sweet. We were celebrating a birthday so our server brought out their banana bread dessert…yum! Special thanks to Mindy & Isaiah for making our dining experience a memorable one.
While visiting Nashville my wife had made reservations for Kayne. So let me tell you it was absolutely fantastic. The entire staff was amazing, the hospitality was like no other. Now to the good part, the meal. The food was AMAZING! My wife had the Wagyu filet and I had the bone in ribeye. Absolutely the best steaks we had ever had. Apitizers were incredible. House made bacon caramelized with cotton candy, again amazing. Wedge salad and gratin potatoes a must try, very good. Desert was banana cake with a moscapone gelato. Unreal! The server Ashton was fantastic along with the rest of the staff. You guys made our anniversary wonderful.
From start to finish everything was amazing! The food was spectacular, the hospitality couldn’t have been any more welcoming. We had the house made bacon for an appetizer! So delicious! We split a wedge salad. The dressing on the wedge salad was so light and refreshing! Our main course of Wagyu filet and bone-in rib eye was one of the best steaks each of us have ever had! Since we were celebrating an anniversary dessert was complimentary! We thought we couldn’t eat one more thing but when we tasted the banana bread with toffee and mascepone gelato we couldn’t stop til it was gone! Thank you Ashton for being the best server and Jason for making our evening feeling that much more personal! Enjoyed the whole experience thoroughly and recommend highly!
We had some of the best food that I have ever had at Kayne Prime! Such a special date night. Me and my husband felt so taken care of and pampered by our waiter, Sean! We ordered the bone marrow for an appetizer which was a must have. My husband had some of the best steak that I have ever tried, and my fish was just as good! We will definitely be returning!
This is a high end restaurant. They do have a dress code and the service is top notch. The restaurant is well lit and can hold a decent capacity. I would recommend this place for good conversation. Now, throw all of that out the window if the food isn’t good. Fortunately, the food is the best part! We are not local to Nashville, but if I’m ever in Nashville again this is a must visit. I recommend the wagyu filet. It’s AMAZING! In fact, everything that I ate was top notch. I can’t say enough about the recommendation of this place. Go and enjoy.

Came to visit with my bff March 31, 2022….One of the best 5 star 5 diamond (in hospitality lingo) experience ever!!!!! Dinner with 4 other couples for my best friend's 50th birthday. I've eaten at a lot of good steak houses over the years. For ME, it was just a tick above average because of the service. First, I will say they have a very nice atmosphere, decor and top notch service, which I would expect at these prices. The wait staff was friendly, engaging and provided good information about menu selections. The upside of the meal was the candied bacon appetizer with cotton candy on top. Very different and a really nice combo together. My Wife and I both had the 6oz filet (mine was the Wagyu) and the mac & cheese side with charred broccoli. The mac and cheese was good as was the broccoli which had a nice flavor. The filet was brought on a plate, by itself with nothing else. No garnish, didn't look seasoned at all...nothing...Just a piece of meat that looked overcooked (ordered medium). It offered not much in the way of flavor. While it was tender (it should be, it's Wagyu) it just left much to be desired for being a top tier Steakhouse in Nashville. I was honestly disappointed in the steak as I was expecting more for my taste buds and maybe should have went with Ribeye or strip? I felt a little let down at $200 for dinner but we had great company and as mentioned the service was what you'd expect, so there's that. If I am being completely honest, I will look for another steakhouse to try and don't know that I would go back to Kayne when I'm in Nashville again.
Kayne Prime is lovely inside. We went for dinner and it was busy on a monday night. This place is very in demand. The food was good. The server was busy but was helpful with the menu. There was an order mix up but it was quickly corrected. You should go because i can see that this place could give you a 5 star experience. My experience was just a 4 star experience.
