Tonight we had probably one of the sweetest most considerate servers I think I have ever had. Her name is Hannah B. She truly cared that we waited a bit longer for our food due to a mix up and tried to make it right and did! We didn’t care that we had to wait an extra 2 minutes but she did and nowadays, you do not see that! The food was absolutely amazing. Garlic parm fries are heavenly. I can’t say enough about Hannah. So glad we met her. We definitely will be back!!
If you promote your $16 Bloody Mary as a main promotion..Please make them AS advertised.Such a shame for a resort hotel to slack on this.No bacon, no salt rim, no lime, olives not blue cheese.Missed the ball. But as a huge Buffett fan, i know they can fix this issue.
The JWB Grill Nashville is part of the Margaritaville Hotel The restaurant has a nice, classy vibe and service is good. Food was OK. The salmon was a litle too rare for my taste and the French fries were lukewarm. But I can’t remember ever having paid that much money for so little food of such a mediocre quality. Not even in this part of town. So they won’tsee me again at the JWB Grill Nashville.
We were not afraid to pay for a pricey hotel dinner if it was good. However we were super disappointed. The French onion soup looked delicious but it was super sweet. The habanero bbq ribs again were super sweet. The NY strip was just an average steak, not anything special for the price. Guess I hoped for better quality with the high prices. Not to say someone else might enjoy the sweet tastes but just wanted to share incase your going to try it.
The atmosphere was very relaxed and rather classy for an old beach bum, with live music adding to the ambience. The menu is smaller, but there is still a decent selection. I enjoyed the Market Greens Salad with Shrimp. The salad was a good portion, loaded with crispy bacon and goat cheese crumbles, while the shrimp was especially tasty from being grilled over a wood fire. My server was pleasant, friendly, and attentive, without being overly so. Then I finished with a slice of key lime pie -- what else?
Enjoyed a glass of wine and the key lime pie while listening to an amazing duet play the best of the 80s music. The host Michael, the wait staff, Juli and Perla were all very courteous and attentive. I will be back.
I ordered the grilled chicken breast for dinner. The flavor was delicious and the broccolini(however it's spelled lol) was super tasty as well. Service was great - the hostess was attentive. I sat at the bar. Each bartender working made their rounds and ensured each guest was taken care of. Manager stopped by to ask how I was doing (nicely done). I enjoyed my dinner after a very long day. Def would recommend. Hospitality was top notch.
My date and I had a fantastic experience at JWB Grill! As far as the food goes, the macaroni appetizer and wagyu steak were outstanding…as was the service. Speaking of service, many thanks to the Manager (Julianne Jacob) and our server (Mercedes). I proposed to my girlfriend during dinner that night at JWB and they helped by bringing the ring out to the table and taking video/photos of the very special occasion. Not to mention a couple of congratulatory glasses of champagne on the house. I would NOT have proposed if this place wasn’t of that caliber…and it was. My, now fiancé, and I were 110% satisfied with our experience and JWB has become a place we will revisit every time we’re in Nashville. Thank you to Mercedes and Julianne for going out of your way to help make it the perfect evening for us.

We had our family night at the Jwb grillI paid too much money for the steak which was salt only I had couple of bites and it wasn’t easy to swallow they offered me to take it with me I told them why. The margarita was pretty badI had bad experience with them on New Year’s Eve I don’t recommend to anyone
