The service was good, but the most important thing (the food) was not. the food had no seasoning. While there was sauce in the bag, there was not enough thickness and richness to it and it did not reach the crab legs enough. The “extra hot” option was nowhere near mild. It’s as if they don’t leave the seafood in the sauce long enough. It was not salty enough. I would not come back. I would also recommend having salsa valentina (black label) as there is a huge hispanic customer base that would like that
Quick seating and oh so dee-li-cous food. The seafood sauce was flavorful. Plenty of food and I had to take some home!
awesome food, awesome people. But pay attention to what is in season and believe them when they say "the blue crab really isn't in season right now". Because they will sell if to you if you want it, but they are correct and know their own food very well.
If you like good shrimp and appreciate good lunch special, then you’ll love this place. I had the boiled shrimp lunch special today. The shrimp was freshly cooked and seasoned to perfection. It might just be the best $12 you can spend in Nashville.

Went to Hickory Hollow and loved it. Decided to stop in to this location on the way home. Not even close to the same quality. Got catish here and supposed to be fillets....but got home and they were like half fillets. Nuggets maybe? NOT worth $13.00 in any way shape or form for 4. Also, this location has a different menu. Other locations have 5 fillets on the menu for this same price. Don't use the Nolensville Pike location. Go to Gallatin Pike or Hickory Hollow.
Coming from Houston to Nashville I was kinda skeptical of finding seafood boil restaurants — but this place is actually pretty good and has decent prices for their food . I probably eat here 1 or two times a week.3/5 because my very first dine in experience there were some racist things written on the wall ( written by other customers) that just made me very uncomfortable . I made sure to inform the waitress that evening but have not since then sat down to eat there . I get it to-go.
I'm a fan of the chain and regularly visit this and the Gallatin Pike location. Food is always great with tons of flavor and item combinations. The menu options also let you try several different things on every visit. Portions are generous and service is fast and friendly. The serves primarily fountain drinks and beer products and the atmosphere is fun and casual. It is definitely worth a visit!
I got the juicy special seasoning on head-on shrimp. It was amazing! I'll definitely be going back.
